Dozens missing, murdered in rural Oklahoma - Suspected link to white-supremacist prison gangs
https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2022/09/15/oklahoma-murders-white-supremacists/ Smith is among a dozen or more people who have disappeared in recent years from the wooded, unincorporated terrain outside the Oklahoma City metro area, a rural haven for drug traffickers. Some families said they’re scared to call police or even to put up “missing person” signs because they suspect the involvement of violent white-supremacist prison gangs. In April, authorities acting on a tip said they found charred piles of wood and bone on a five-acre patch of Logan County, opening one of the grisliest and most sensitive criminal investigations in Oklahoma’s recent history. Behind the 10-foot metal walls of a compound with links to the...

They then called LE and a short time later her body was found. She was 5 months pregnant and had two other children. There is more in this video which is only 8 minutes long but has more detail and a map. No arrests nor cause of death yet but clearly looks like foul play.

One of two suspects arrested in Philadelphia in connection to the death of a 25-year-old Temple University graduate shot while walking his dog had been freed just two weeks earlier on bail dramatically reduced in part because of coronavirus pandemic-related court closures. District Attorney Larry Krasner said in a statement Sunday night that his office had argued in two separate cases last year that 20-year-old Davis L. Josephus be held in jail, "yet bail was lowered by judges over our objections." Josephus is facing several charges, including murder, conspiracy, robbery and illegal firearm offenses after allegedly shooting Milan Loncar in Brewerytown Wednesday. Davis L. Defendants' Rights - Have They Gone Too Far - Examples and Discussion
This comes up a lot in cases and I know I comment on it a lot and see it a lot as well both here and elsewhere on the internet. I'll start with this simple one, there are rights all humans should have or be entitled to I guess, even most convicted criminals. Imo, one of those rights is NOT choosing your foods and meals. or thinking you have a right to complain or appeal to a judge or court over the fact you are not fed what you like.
