He's been moved/extradited. Possible arraignment on 26th, he's not 100 percent on that part.

Well there was a hearing yesterday. Very short one. Nothing new really.
Watching Nancy Grace, saw a bit of it last night and now a bit more this morning. The usual all are doing, just discussing it.
However, she just had a very good point. We know they matched casings to his gun BUT she said they are also going to match bullets from the body to it. Of course. That makes perfect sense.
She also said he came in through a window, not speculated that, said it was said. I haven't heard that anywhere so not sure where she got that...?? to me it isn't that likely, he's pretty big but who knows...

She also said he had booked a bed at the hospital. I'm not sure where that comes from either but sounds familiar but re comments I've seen about him havingi first had an alibi. I'm thinking that might have been the alibi but they busted it, learning he never used that bed...?

I'd heard before but not really listened to it they've found his dating profiles like on Bumble. He tries his best to come across as a catch. He did put out there he was a surgeon. I'd have to think he got interest but who knows how he responded and then he probably couldn't carry a relationship or interest anyone past a date or two maybe. Or he was picky as you'd think some woman, regardless of personality, would try to get her to marry her...
Another thing, he is paying for a very highly regarded high priced criminal defense lawyer. Very well regarded, said to zealously defend her clients, not shy in court, etc. I heard that about Ann Taylor too though with highly regarded (Kohberger) and never saw her do anything that great. They just can't when their clients have sewn themselves into a corner I guess except to try all the usual b.s. of getting this or that thrown out for evidence and so on. The ONLY thing she got for him was no DP and most can do that, it's the common deal, if any, in such cases. And the families, some, were against that so he is lucky he even got that.

I almost hope this case goes federal. He did cross state lines. The Feds have the hDP, so does OH, but the Feds carrytheirs out.
I don't wish it for the sheer fact fed trials are never live streamed or even recorded at all. I'm against that.

Lol, I took it to mean the hospital he worked at as a vascular surgeon. I assume it meant he finished a long shift and was going to stay there for the next shift rather than go home or that they can use a bed to erst before driving home or something like that. I think if true that might have been his alibi, that he was in bed there, but he wasn't...

What the he77 was he doing in their house?! And how did he know they weren't home?! I suspect maybe one of them said something on social media that they were going to a game or something. And why did she get upset and leave the game? Did he call her from their home or something? Text her? Say he was in their home? But if so, why didn't Spencer leave too? What could have upset her? Did he make sure someone she knew knew he was in Columbus or something like that?
I know you don't have the answers, just rhetorical questions.
So he got in before... You'd think if they were on a trip they'd have the home locked up tight...
Good find. I have been on YT most of the day off and on and haven't seen anyone with this but it won't be long I'm sure.

I had heard "rumors" he was seen in the area before the killings but that's it. So now we know that was true.
Another possibility is Spencer and Mo lived near some old friend or maybe relative that would have recognized him. I kind of doubt it but it is possible I guess. No one (not us outsiders) really were sure why they chose to buy so far from Spencer's job.

Unwanted sex and strangulation is a new one too. So he is basically a rapist too. I had hearda the part that he said he'd buy a house next door to her supposedly when he got his first sign on bonus. I wonder if he meant this house though... Not that he ever did. If he meant this house, then they had contact years after the divorce.

I was watching one on Reiner when I was checking here and that video actually just went into Tepe and this news. However, whatever article he has has even more info from the affidavit. That it was a silver SUV found on video during the crime. That he entered the curtelage which I have heard of but had no idea the meaning of, I think he said it was the back yard when he was there on the 6th. More. STicker on the vehicle he scraped off after the murders...

Angenette has close Columbus acquaintenances (spelled that wrong), I've never caught if she llves there or used to but it is something like that. I'm really liking her individual channel.

Okay. Giving it up. Headed for Netflix. Other things are on but I'm saving them for tomorrow. Some days it is hard to find anything. Not lately though. News breaking on many a case. What one lawyer I watch says is in January and Feb cases go nuts with news and trials, many, are on the docket as so many get pushed to just beyond the holidays. sure seems to be true right now and every year. Always slow news through the holidays unless of course something major happens. And then in January it starts erupting.

Okay, watching the most comprehensive coverage yet of the new docs. Monique was shot multiple times. We knew Spencer was shot more than once but not Moniqu3e, it was only known she was shot at least once and then that almost became fact. Many assumed since Spencer was the man and the biggest threat to him, he shot him ore times and Monique only once. NOT the case.

Seized the car on Jan 9th found at the hospital lot he worked at bearing the Arizona plate!! If I recall, he was licensed as a dr. in AZ, CA, etc. at some point. Doesn't say it was "his" plate though.
