Why do they keep letting people like this out of jail? It defies common sense.

For one. I've noticed that evidently many prosecutors don't look at previous failure to appear cases. I know of one case here i follow that they claimed the defendant had no history of fta. Looking over my states court docket cases, it was very easy to find at least 3 felony fraud and that's where I quit looking out of sheer frustration at the incompetence.
