To start. I have always found Serial Killers fascinating. What makes them do what they do?. I know I am not the only one. This is the place to talk about it. I'll start. Who do you find the most fascinating and why?.

That's a lot but then we KNOW we aren't always told or most areas and LE are averse to tell of just how many are operating or in their area or if there is even one suspected of doing such in one town, city, or area.

Hard to say with it being Daily Mail. Haven't looked at the link but did they give a source one can go verify this is true through the F B I somehow?

Truck driving would be an occupation an SK would gravitate towards or some of them and we've seen such... And I doubt the public hears or has the fear instilled of how many cases are thought to be connected and due to an SK in the States, look at the OR thing...

But it is Daily Mail and so I'd question. I guess I should go read the link. 500 victims would make more sense and a handful of killers but who KNOWS how ignorant we are or how little we are told...

Years ago, I took a criminology class. I still remember the professor saying that Florida had a large amount of SKs, maybe as many as 150.

On "Netflix". I watched "Into the fire:The lost daughter". 2 parts. It's about the now solved cold case of "Aundria Bowman". I thought it was very good. I love her birth mother. She's a badazz!!!!
I also watched "The girl on the milk carton".
It's about the now solved cold murder case of "Jonelle Matthews". I thought it was good.

I honestly don't know what I think of that although it's certainly up to the victims.

Personally I feel it would be far healthier for her to do something entirely related to her dad and and not being defined by that BUT I'm no expert.

She isn't on here all the time these days and sometimes a few weeks here and there, but this has been a long stretch. For me, it was like the last half of October. I didn't think she would but was trying to get her to join us on a midway outing I was having with my mom and sisters. I've never met her in person but we've talked of it. She kind of fell off from around that time but you found the last post here a bit after that but not an encouraging one. @kdg411 have you had any contact with Mel? A bit worried. Hoping all is fine but it's been a bit.

Didn't she say she was going through cancer, but wasn't going to get the treatments?

I recall that but then she was around here and there for some time after that wasn't she, and she wasn't talking of it any longer so unsure what she decided there or if she changed her mind, what she found out, how it went, etc. I may have missed it of course if she said more as I'm never in the basement. But do recall the thing about not getting treatment so think I was up on it, but she was on threads after that for a long time, not regularly but every so often.

On the other hand November 4 was only 26 days ago, I felt it had been longer. Not saying that's not a long time but she had already gotten here where she wasn't on regularly all of the time, So maybe all is okay, I'd hope. She was getting away from it more I know that, Kind of doing the same actually. I mean I saw times she was only on every few to several weeks and I guess that's where we're at,,,

This is her thread and her interest and so if she does come on here, she will see we are worried. Imo.
