Thanks for all your updates on this. Why didn't she take some sort of protection order out against this lunatic? Couldn't she have gone to the police about the first incident where he got in the house? Perhaps she did but he ignored it and returned and murdered them? You know, his leaving his phone in IL... The changing of the plates... Ashley or is it Ashleigh (doesn't matter I guess) is pointing out and we all know it too from some well known crimes, is he following other crimes and things other perps did or learning from their mistakes...? She mentions Kohberger and it's a good point, and of course Buzzard with the changing of the plates... All recent well known cases...
I honestly don't know. They are just a piece of paper of course. And perhaps she did, hard to say, things are just starting to come out as cases go of course. Don't miss my last post, sometimes when any of us post about the same time I know I miss things. Thanks for all your updates on this. Yeah i just read your last post too. That should be in a criminal court. They didn't share any kids did they?I honestly don't know. They are just a piece of paper of course. He is sounding more insane by the minute. I don't mean criminally insane as a defense, I mean that much of an obsessed guy.
No kids together. Short, very brief marriage like almost ten years ago.Yeah i just read your last post too. That should be in a criminal court. They didn't share any kids did they?
I heard somebody being interviewed on Brian Entin‘s podcast last night who said that since it had been so long, Monique probably felt like she had the situation under control. That makes sense. He hadn’t appeared to be ramping up, probably.I honestly don't know. They are just a piece of paper of course. But if she knew he was on the property on the 6th of December, why not file something then? Or that he was in their home for hours? She knew something as she left the game due to something with her ex Spencer said. Not sure what she knew but I'm guessing the security system alerted her. Your ex of how many years ago who had threatened you and you don't file for a restraining order? Or call him in for trespassing? If she did, there'd be an entry of it and there doesn't seem to be.I heard somebody being interviewed on Brian Entin‘s podcast last night who said that since it had been so long, Monique probably felt like she had the situation under control. I'd add that that is not having the situation under control. If she thought she did, that day she found out otherwise. But if she knew he was on the property on the 6th of December, why not file something then? Or that he was in their home for hours? I'm not sure what she knew. Is there proof she knew he entered their home? Seems like if that happened, she would have told everyone she knew about it.But if she knew he was on the property on the 6th of December, why not file something then? Exactly. In these situations, the woman NEVER has control.I'd add that that is not having the situation under control. If she thought she did, that day she found out otherwise.
It says "near" the home on one and "entering property" on another, so not necessarily IN the home. Nothing I've read states he actually entered the home and they all seem to be carefully worded like that.I'm not sure what she knew. Is there proof she knew he entered their home? Seems like if that happened, she would have told everyone she knew about it.
Not that I'm aware of but it's not unreasonable speculation. How would she find out anything at a big game they were out of town for about her ex? On the very day he was on their property or in their home for hours? That's pretty coincidental if not, on that very day. If I was at a game I wouldn't be on my phone but if some alert went off, I'd sure look at it. Whatever it was was serious enough she left the game and Banfield said her son went to that very game and that tickets were extremely expensive.I'm not sure what she knew. VERY true.Exactly. In these situations, the woman NEVER has control.
