She was in Brooklyn NY at the end with the baby/toddler right? Not years before? Or are you only referring to when she got the tattoo? She was in the military before living at the end in Brooklyn the way I understand it. I don't recall what the tattoo artist said.

I think she means that she was in Connecticut visiting an aunt or a cousin.

Sorry, I must have been thinking out loud.
I was referring to info from the wiki article, specifically, info from the tattoo artist who'd recognized that tattoo.
I'm just trying to have a clearer understanding of the timeline of her life, more clear than what authorities presented.

Okay, I haven't read the Wiki, planned to later. I did not realize she lived in NY prior.

And she wasn't that old so never struck me she had lived there before her last years.

You know, based on the theory that Tonya and her daughter were LISK victims, I think it's possible that Heuermann could possibly have known her from those prior years since (to my knowledge) serial killers early victims are often someone they know.
Actually, I should say, someone they know or are close in proximity with, distance-wise (again, to my knowledge).

No need to be sorry, I'm easily confused lol. I just never realized I guess that she had early years in NY. I knew a tattoo artist had come forward but not sure I knew the details, age, or put it together. I seriously am never probably going to keep all straight as to such things and victims in this case. So more detail does help me lol.

Yeah, I'm definitely not excluding him as their killers. They do start out with often someone they know as you say, or their first attempts. My gut says they are all him, if there is such a thing as a gut instinct but I don't rule out because of child too here, it could have been someone more known or intimate to her and child. Father, bf, etc. Just not enough known yet I guess. I form some pretty solid opinions but I try not to without enough reason in all cases.

I find some of the vagueness interesting, like the not sure of working for some dr. or medical place, no name. I almost think they want independent corroboration and then maybe that facility ties to architect CB/RH or something. Playing it safe with evidence and making a case....?

Well Tanya was found quite soon so both but i really meant when they died.

More details re the Frye Hearing. There was a meeting with the Judge on the 23rd so not sure what came about from that so will try and find out.

I know that Titania's remains were found very near to Valerie Mack's...

Tierney did not directly confirm if all of those victims were being investigated as the work of Heuermann, but said “We’re investigating other instances where individuals were left on Gilgo.” "

Bringing this forward - it describes where they were found. Partial remains of Valerie Mack and others were found in one location and other partial remains were found elsewhere.

I remember a "Jones" Beach but I see that that's west of Gilgo Beach...and so according to that article, Tanya's remains were located west (not east) of "the Gilgo Four".
Cedar Beach doesn't sound familiar but I see that that's east of Gilgo.

This is only Ocean Parkway and Gilgo I think. Tanya's torso only was found at Hempstead Lake Park, the far left of my second map below. Only her limbs were found near her daughters body.

This map below covers Hempstead Lake Park to Fire Island so the map above is in the middle of this map. Below to the far left is Long Beach. Massepequa, where CB lived for all his rotten life, is slap bang in the middle.
