The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has joined the investigation into the suspicious disappearance of a 12-year-old Chickasha boy who was reported missing on Jan. 2.

On Tuesday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for R.D., who also goes by R.C.. He was last seen around 11:20 p.m. Jan. 2 on foot at Fourth Street and East Grand Avenue near the Quality Inn.

D. was wearing a red and black plaid shirt, dark-colored jeans and brown steel-toe boots. He is 4 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 85 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Court documents are revealing disturbing details regarding multiple charges filed against the mother and stepfather of a missing 12-year-old from Chickasha who is now in state custody.

The incidents detailed in court documents begin in January 2020.

According to investigators, Kimberly Cole, the boy’s mother, faces multiple child abuse charges related to different incidents. Those include allegations of forcing the child to eat hot sauce as punishment and using zip ties and handcuffs to restrain him.

George Cole Jr. faces allegations including tasing the child multiple times, stabbing him with a knife and striking him with a nightstick.

Another minor listed in the documents was also allegedly subjected to abuse, including multiple accounts of sexual abuse.

Both face charges of child neglect for alleged failure to properly supervise and obtain an education for the children.

Kimberly Cole faces two additional charges for crimes against nature for alleged sexual acts with multiple canines.

Good Lord. That is enough detail right there, not going to read links to learn any more details. What a couple of disturbed, sick, evil pieces of excrement. These POOR kids. Not obtaining an education, abusing them, sexually depraved and involving the children. These children had NO life, they were simply there for the use and abuse of these "parents". Imo.

How often do you hear right from the start almost LE saying a child will NOT be going back to the parents? It shows imo just how bad it was, beyond what I want details on. That alone says enough.

I can see why he ran away. He probably saw things no one should. And definitely experienced neglect and abuse. Saying that he was scared when he was found said alot. He was probably afraid he was going to be returned to those degenerates.

A judge has filed a motion to modify bond for a man charged with multiple felonies, including child abuse, child sexual abuse and child neglect, due to him being pronounced brain dead by doctors.

Authorities said George Cole Jr. tried to commit suicide while in custody, leaving him in critical condition. The motion filed said that since this attempt, Cole Jr. has been on life support.
