8-Year-Old Corona Boy Missing, Parents Arrested On Child Abuse Charges

Authorities Thursday were looking for a missing 8-year-old Corona boy whose father and mother have been arrested on child abuse charges.

Corona police report that Noah McIntosh was last seen two weeks ago in the 4600 block of Temescal Canyon Road.

Investigators were first notified of the missing boy at about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. After speaking with his mother, they made several unsuccessful attempts to contact Noah’s father, Bryce McIntosh.

At around 8 a.m. Wednesday, officers served a search warranted at Bryce’s apartment, located at the Encanto Apartment Homes at 4593 Temescal Canyon Rd., where they found both him and the couple’s 11-year-old daughter safe, but no sign of Noah, police said.

The victims families suffer so much already. And then to sit in limbo. How many rights do they have?. They are revictimized over and over. The only thing they have is justice. They will never get the people back. How people are treated just defies me. And what others get away with. That money is included in almost everything. In things I never thought would be. Just kind of bat trardized it. Never can look at it the same way again. AGHHHHHGGHGHHHHHH!!!!!! STOP SCARING ME WITH COMMERCIAL!!!!!! GAHHHH!!!!!!! I'M GONE! NO WAY! ARE THE WINDOWS AND DOORS LOCKED?!!!!! MOOOMMMM?!!!!!!

This is one I followed that I used to bump. Horrible details in it. Life has interfered and it has been forever, since April last year I see since I have been in. There were a big handful like this. This boy, Amiah Robertson, Serenity Dennard, the IL boy I couldn't think of the name of and right at this instant it hit me AJ Freund, couldn't think of it yesterday for the life of me. And that's sad.

So what the he77 happened in this one or is it on delay again??

It was so awful. They TOOK him from grandparents who cared for he and his sister. They took them both. And evil ensued.

I hate my lack of time as there are so many cases that not enough can keep attention on and I had a handful I at least always bumped and haven't in some time.

And then some get all the attention. Natural of course.

California man charged with killing his 8-year-old son and dissolving the body in acid is acting as his own lawyer

Acting as his own lawyer, a Corona man accused of dissolving his 8-year-old son in a vat of acid in 2019 told a Superior Court judge on Friday, April 12 that he might not be ready for trial for three to six months.

The trial had been, and remains, scheduled to start on June 10 in the Riverside County Hall of Justice.

Bryce Daniel McIntosh, 37, was granted the request to represent himself in September, and Friday’s hearing was his second since then. He wore a yellow jail jumper in court, signifying that he is in protective custody. He spoke matter-of-factly and appeared to have some grasp of the law.

But Judge Charles J. Koosed gently told McIntosh that he fell short Friday, noting that he had failed to file the proper paperwork to seek such a delay.

“You’re treated no differently than an attorney,” Koosed told McIntosh. “You can’t just show up to court” and make that request.

Koosed noted McIntosh’s inexperience in legal matters.

“That might come back to bite you at some point,” the judge said.

“I understand, Your Honor,” McIntosh replied.“You’re treated no differently than an attorney,” Koosed told McIntosh.

McIntosh explained that his investigator recently had knee surgery and was unable to work. He also wanted the DNA of his son Noah re-tested.

“I’m still in the gathering, reviewing and collecting phase,” McIntosh said.

Koosed said he might be willing to hold a hearing on McIntosh’s request if he files it soon.

Managing Deputy District Attorney Nikolaus Peterson told the judge that he is willing to give McIntosh time to prepare for a trial in which District Attorney Mike Hestrin is seeking the death penalty if McIntosh is convicted as charged. But Peterson said he’d like to start the trial soon “because of the age of the case.”

McIntosh has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and willful child cruelty and denied a sentencing enhancement of torture.

Noah’s mother, Jullian Godfrey, reported in March 2019 that Noah had been missing for several days, but that his disappearance had not been reported to police. Authorities allege that McIntosh had been abusing Noah, including handcuffing him while holding him in hot and cold water for hours. Noah also once showed up to school without pants. Riverside County Child Protective Services investigated but did not take Noah away.

Court documents say McIntosh bought acid, drain opener, a large trash can and other items, and did internet searches for “Normal heart rate for an 8-year-old when they are running” and sulfuric acid. Cell phone data led investigators to rural Aguanga, where they said they found latex gloves, empty bottles of drain cleaner, empty cans of oven cleaner, blankets, yellow towels and parts of a blender.

Authorities have not announced the cause of the boy’s death.

THIS case is one that is SOOOOOOO bad.

I and probably most get sucked in with a missing child. AND THEN. I KNOW this one. His poor sister. And his poor grandparents. And why were the kids not LEFT with them. SUCH evil. Not even sure what it was for mom except maybe failure to adult, launch and the need of a "man".

This is one of the worst I've ever followed. Andrew Freund, Illinois, was about he same time and another one. OMG. What is WRONG with some?!!!

So he's representing self, haven't seen this one or been in in awhile and that alone makes me sad, I guess the lack of news, and yet a horrendous case.

I don't know if his sister will ever win out but I HOPE to heck she overcomes all this and excels in life. Likelihood I'm not sure of, but she can do its and I hope she sees messages like this.

HE is as EVIL as they come. RIP Noah. You didn't deserve it and you don't need to be found to be whole with God and in a better place.

This man is a monster. And represenimnt self, news to me. But then even I'd hope the lowest of defense attorneys would have a problem representing someone like him. Although we know better, number of them would sadly.

If he is not fried then so much is wrong with this world. CA of course has the DP, it is simply never carried out.

These kids were FINE with the grandparents. AT least BETTER.

Such evil and her too. Him worse.

May they rot and ferment and I take this to mean he has not even ended up there yet. Let me look at the date. Okay five PLUS years go get tot trail and not there yet.
SUCH has to change.

I guess in most cases the victim is dead but the family can just tlive in limbo for three, five, ten, twenty years. I am the victim's family.

I CARE AND IT IS BULLSH*T. Anyone else want to join in?

There's nothing left of this child imo pretty much like I'd guess with Harmony Montgomery. THEY were children! BABIIES. Adam didn't even have to go to court now this as*hole is representing self. Although like I said, I'd hope any even defense attorney would refuse to for what he did to his son. But then there are always those that willl.

I know, I know, all deserve a defense but you tell ME where it is fair to victim's side any longer. It is flat out ridiculous. Namby Pamby.

I started out the day listening to Annie Cushng and one thing that came up on it was how Boyce came down on Aunt Vickie with an objection because she dared rail a bit about Lori Daybell? REALLY???? I mean think about that. Victims wait for YEARS to have one moment to say something.

Anyhow I followed this one from day one and it is horrid.

But the defendant is still dancing and representing self and not convicted. FIVE YEARS LATER.

I've shut up as life goes about a lot of things but if I have to shut up about something like this and watch no one else yell about such like so what, then it's gone too far.

And I see nothing but apathy and lack of interest.

Sorry Noah.

This one and the details are very hard. Giving Noah a bump. I don't think he will ever be found.

At least there's convictions in this one but i don't think they will ever find him and that is enough said.

Bumping Noah though.
