JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

1580704661510.png

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

I am wondering if they actually did a quick poll before they left the night before and they were already unanimous and just went home to sleep on it. They did come back with a really quick verdict the next day, just after lunch. They were walking around outside during lunch too so i don't know how they avoided news on the case. Nate was talking on a live stream when he said " oh here's a juror just about to walk by so i have to be quiet for a bit." Then they were being called in for the verdict.
The juror that was interviewed said they didn’t because they weren’t sure what they were supposed to be doing.

2 minutes left. How can the last just 5 minutes of something be so hard to take?

She is getting amped up for one.

IF we didn't know what we knew, MAYBE she would sound reasonable about getting after the system and caring about others in jail and so on. She is trying to be relevant to people again, and it sickens me.

I also didn't like her answer about whether her and Adam are estranged or whatever it was earlier in the interview. She said no, she wouldn't say that.

I trust almost no one in this family.

Okay. I'm sure most of us don't want to really hear her but apparently they got an interview with Lori at some point after the verdict. I haven't watched it all yet but am a few minutes in. The verdict supposedly did surprise her--WHY? She starts going into her near death experience...

Not sure why they are letting these interviews happen lately or maybe it is that she is agreeing?

She just wants to be in the spotlight. I just want her to go away. I don’t know if I’ll watch this or not, but I’m sure not making it a priority.

Oh God help us. Reporter tells her thought judge was relatively patient with her throughout trial and she laughs and says did you meaning he wasn't I guess. I think I made it another 30 seconds. I SOOOOO can't stand her and she is getting very animated.

It's worth it for the reasons I guess that we both have stuck with this, but she is hard to take. At least it has been for me. She gets very amped up towards the end.

I totally get you and I'm struggling, just don't need her, imagine how the families feel if they see this if we do, but getting her b.s. and mindset I guess I feel I should.

Kind of seeing this entire thing out I guess. She hasn't talked almost throughout the yrs. or been able to.

A good part of it is I think she is just a has been and pretty easy to see through her imo. I guess she can get her prison ladies as part of her new cult/club.

I also don't like her being given these platforms but I guess we can say she got to say her piece and she can't complain. NOW she needs to as I think someone said above STFU.

And I am not one to cuss.

@Kimster I do think you should watch it even though I get the very reasons of not wanting to, big time--just to see it out and hear her and watch her scramble. I get it, believe me.

She is trying to be some normal person but we KNOW what she did, is where that fails.

I couldn't even believe it when I saw she had an interview after. I almost avoided it BUT a glimpse into the evil POS. At times I think she's trying to be some normal person and be friendly, knock the system, etc. loving the platform.

I will say this reporter put some tough things to her. Of course she danced off of them.

I'd just say see the case out. As you said earlier. I'm leaving the last minute and one half. I need some darn mundane cooking or something. For a few moments at least.

Maybe it's just me.

I thought he said there was just 1 holdout but after her closing that changed to unanimous. They didnt think much of her closing but thought Treena's was excellent. I think someone (maybe in Lori's interview) queried Moffat not being called and wondering why Lori didn't call that witness. I don't remember what Lori said now.

Lori said if she had called a witness like Moffat who she went on a bit about being the first case agent or some such, then the State gets a chance to put on like an entirely other case in rebuttal if she called any witnesses. Also made it sound a bit odd that they never called Moffat. Since I am still struggling through the last couple of minutes of her sh*t it is fresh to me yet.

And she's full of it. Rebuttal is not an entirely other or new chance or case. They have to stay in scope. She's trying of course to make the system sound as if she had to make choices and it is not fair and she could not tell her story.
I think I still have a minute and a half left of that interview. Lol. I'll get to it at some time.

Lori said if she had called ANY witness, the State would get to put on another case with rebuttal so she was kind of stuck (my word not hers). Excuses! And not true. If anyone of us thought her innocent, we might believe some of what she tried to play here, but not with her, not one bit. She kind of tries the gamut just being some caring mom, trying to be a likable chatty woman to another, you name it. Doesn't fly. ONE BIT.

If she hadn't killed her kids, her hub and her lover's wife, maybe it might. Or conspired to. One can see how she tries at times to use social skills. Poorly.

There were two at first supposedly that just needed to review a thing or two, then all were on board. This was a three hour verdict basically.

That's exactly it. It is stardom for her and she seems to be lapping it up. There are bound to be more, I bet. And I bet she charges the news agency a fee for the interview.

Still the Brandon trial to come. 2nd June AFAIK.

Yeah IF a juror in this one hasn't caused a big problem.

I want her to stop getting platforms. She can't say now she hasn't had her chance to tell her side as we have both Dateline and this AZ news place. I mean I haven't even been able to watch the last minute and one half, I can't imagine how the families feel.

I don't disagree with all sides getting their side out. To a point. But in this one in a fairly rare thing, we KNOW a ton of the evidence and her side is NOT believable and she has been CONVICTED and sentenced to three life sentences. Enough.

I love Nate and I get news is news but this thing of chasing jurors with 50 cameras in their face I really don't agree with. I get that someone or most will do it regardless. LET them process and then try to contact. Hey, I'm one of the first to watch it so don't get me wrong if they get comments from a juror or family member after trial.

But it is a hard thing and I'm for justice first and people who it hits so hard with need some moments.

The juror that was on with both Nate and Justin said I think in both she hasn't even come off the trial yet or down from it. My words. I don't think she knew a thing but she even was stumbling over words and being careful.

It's a pipe dream but I wish they would leave all alone until they've had some time. Kay too, one could tell she was being nice being on with Justin and you name it but one could just tell she'd rather have had some time. I think she and Larry appreciate the coverage and the help it gave so they acquiesce but to thank all that covered, but one can just tell, they really are not ready for it.

Okay five seconds more, driving me nuts. No, and no surprise, she wont change plea in Brandon's trial because as in all SHE didn't do anything and this will have zero effect, then gets stronger worded, ZERO EFFECT, on her in eternity. That is all I could take before I shut it off again. This special old lying goddess.

I can't believe people like Colby, or Kay have not smacked their head against a wall.

Kay and Larry I think clearly want to move on. Doesn't mean they don't care, man they have been there for all of it and for JJ. And it's why I think I'd like to see Colby do maybe more of a route with this channel than just healing stuff. One needs to, no doubt, and offer that, a good thing, but he has three young children and a wife and LORI NEEDS TO GO AWAY.

For all the crime i and many have followed, this woman sickens me to no end, many do, but she is something else and no Lori, not in a good way.

I'm honestly not sure on Colby sometimes but I have hope there and i want him to break away from the entire Cox family if he already hasn't. Some may agree, some may not. It's how I feel at this moment in time.

Her and how her family is all about movie lines, and humor, heard enough about that in various things.... Humor, money and murder?

Think I've just had my fill. Somehow I will get through the last minute I think it is now or minute plus.

Okay, guess I was close. She goes back to trying to be some savior and in eternity she is safe of course and she wants the reporter to have stats the next time they talk of how many women (or was it men and women, NOT going to rewatch) get acquitted for murder??? First I have said enough about how I feel on stats so won't go there, but people don't get CHARGED usually unless a LOT of evidence you dumb witch. DA's don't like to lose cases. They want a lot of evidence. Courts need enough probable cause.

I have a lot of complaints myself about our system but she is full of it. And her whole thing about eternity?? She thinks she is golden? And all she did was okay??? I mean she denies doing it but I trust most know what I mean, no WAY.

AGain if she was some just average person we never saw before we might bite on some of her attempts to play things but she isn't. If there was no dismembering, burning, suffocating, you name it and how many victims maybe she'd seem like some person griping about the unfairness of the system and some average woman making her family sound fun, normal and so on. But she isn't.

I believe it is not our place to judge it is God's but this is one case that I will say if this woman does not know she's going to HE77, and the rest of us figure it too, well... She can talk the talk but not walk the walk. Not even sure if that fits but it is the phrase that came to mind.

Very glad I am done with that. Yet it ended sounded like get these stats for the next time we talk. I want her platforms ENDED. I want them ENDED for the families more than us. How in the heck do they keep going through THIS?

It IS our place to judge and this woman needs to be locked away in a top security prison for the rest of her days. 4 murders now and an attempted murder still to be tried. She is dangerous and will also be a threat to other inmates if they don't watch her very closely. She is a manipulator and will continue doing it in prison. I feel sorry for the prison officers and the other inmates having to deal with this witch *****.

Great points. I know man's justice system is allowed by God, just was not sure it was our place to judge if not part of it. I won't claim to be the best read on it. But I've asked some serious questions of a pastor when we went through what we did. Mankind's justice system IS allowed.

That interview man I could hardly do it at the end. I mean I got through most of it at first but once she started really amping up and such, I just about couldn't.

I realized if I didn't know her at all that things she was saying would have perhaps not been hard to believe, but again we DO know. Some of the time she tries to come across as some friendly normal person not happy with the system until she gets to her eternity stuff. Man hard to take. Yes very evil. Let the other prison inmates deal with her.

On another note, I'm watching the wrong thing. I've seen like two shows with Nate about donuts in the last couple of days. He got donuts in Vegas. I hate to say it but he is not someone that should maybe eat on camera and he is going about TMI lately too, in some of his shows. Too much information on things don't need to hear about.

Maybe I am just overloaded but all about one leg of the trip nowhere to pee in the desert. Small towns, hardly any. Come on, you're a guy for one. He doesn't eat very nicely lol. He is wrecking my image of him lately. On the bright side, Lori doesn't want to talk to him although he'd love to do an interview with her lol. I want her to shut up personally. I should have went to one of my cooking thing type videos instead of his traveling home donut one.

I'm just irritated. It's Lori's fault. :D But not kidding.

I'm going to watch this at some point. I look at it as a case study. Her mannerisms, wording, etc. I'm always open to learning what clues to watch for in people that would tell me to RUN.

And no way would I drive from 8 a.m. until midnight (and that is assuming he didnt start out earlier, not sure)..

Not linking the donut video. Going down for a nap.
