JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Okay, nickname Skepitical lol. I came with her from that other place JT but lost touch with her. So glad to see her! Meet Skeptical lol. I have never met her in person but got to know her pretty darned well and is one of the best people I've ever met. In my lifetime. Glad to see you welcoming her. If I have it right or recall right, she doesn't follow a ton of cases and she blames me for getting her into this one lol!
Okay my nickname can be skeptical. Who is going to be sneaky? Tresir?

LOL, sounds like the making of a movie or some such. Or book. I think Cynical or something that means similar fits me but that's jmo. Maybe I need better like your names. Sneaky lol. Honestly really don't do nicknames too much except emu is definitely the emu. I also call him Dodo and Big Bird lol. Just joking I think. But I'm willing.

In LISK (Long Island Serial Killer), we nicknamed him CB for Crybaby because he cried on arrest I think. Shrek was thrown around too and others. He was described by some witnesses as a huge very tall ogre like guy so that fit well too. So if you are ever in that thread, don't let the CB confuse, we do mean Rex Heuerman, the one charged. .

There really aren't too many nicknames,, pretty sure the skeptical was just in fun.

LISK is a fairly active thread at times. They just identified a woman who had a nickname since they didn't know her name, and gave her and her toddler daughter their real names. So that was some big news this week in that one.

Seems so. Lots of people are saying the conviction will be overturned. I’m ready for all of it to be over.
Man I would HOPE NOT. 50 cameras or more chasing jurors, I swear. Rachel Smith said it was POSSIBLE he was just confused with the pressure of it all or something like that. I believe she didn't think it would be enough to overturn. But sadly he did say he knew of the kids' death the day before is that right?? A day before he SHOULD HAVE? And something about her sitting in a jail cell for three life terms and being a bit sad for her?? I mean reporters were bombarding them with facts the minute they left the courthouse so maybe he just got confused and had only just heard it that day? But it isn't what he said.

I like Nate and Justin for instance but this side of chasing down jurors, they even did it, that's reporting I guess, I'm not real nuts about. At least give them some time. But getting the story is the job I guess. These jurors were not protected in AZ in the way they were in ID. Or other cases.

They took such CARE with this case otherwise though, and the right verdict CAME, man I hope this doesn't turn into anything more. WHAT was the guy thinking to say something like that?!

I don't even know what to say quite honestly other than I hope he was confused. But a confused juror doesn't exactly sound great either.

Interestingly and I forget the name but Nate is going to have an interview with some big reporter that has covered a LOT of big thingsh over his career but one he is I guess best known for IS the LDS Church and faith. Covered Warren Jeffs, and this one caught him due to the religious undertones, this case. I think Nate said he also covered the World Trade Center, a lot of other big things. It is at the beginning of the above video, his name and that he will have him on and when. I'm interested to hear that big time.

This juror is a little bit halting so far, but I think she's being careful and is probably worn out. Good though so far. Just some ten minutes in so far maybe.

Interesting. She said the floor board, the gun, all of that weren't all that important to them. Then she says well it was but they knew Alex killed Charles but Alex wasn't on trial, Lori was for the conspiracy, so they were looking to confirm the conspiracy more so. Again the text about how they took care of Ned and were going to be like Nephi, the two of them, was a big one to them all. Also her behavior and nonchalance.

I will never not watch a juror interview. Almost always worth it imo.

I do wish press would lay off them some for a bit though.

I'm not going to do a play by play or at least don't intend to right now but she DID say the shoes were big. It isn't that she only said she ran out without shoes, it was clear she had shoes on in Walgreens BUT that she switched them out with new shoes by the time she GOT back to the scene. Hmmm Lori. Maybe you were standing over him or helping because you must have been concerned you may have had blood or something on the bottom of your shoes... Or DID take the second shot...

What do others think? She's worried they would have something on them imo OR of course creating an alibi being seen in the store but the first is seeming more likely...

Interesting to hear what the jurors looked at as most important. Let's PRAY the one juror has not ruined this all.

Switching the shoes OUT was pretty big as Lori claimed she wasn't wearing shoes but was it was clear and then switched them.

She says Tylee may not have had shoes but Lori specifically said she didn't either BUT she did.

Smart jurors.

Hmm. She says not a family tragedy to Lori's side of the family who knew this was going to happen... Or something worded a bit like that... Said maybe was to Colby but not the rest of Lori's family...

Hadn't seen this but had heard about this MN juror and her grandma lol. I'm SURPRISED they let the jurors give the NAME of the case but nothing else. Why even let THAT out?

I think one of the most interesting things is what we couldn't see and reporters could not see and she has said this in both interviews now, is that Lori would look at the jurors a LOT and smirk or roll her eyes when any important fact, etc. was said on the stand. Sounds like it was a pretty constant thing. Camera of course could never catch that nor could attendees see such.

So evil, such a dumb witch. I mean really, seriously, ten men on the jury, did she think this little girl sh*t would do it.... It's almost sickening even now all talk is about her but I guess she wanted fame and she sure has it as one of the most hated women in America. Don't even have the words.

This juror did say for not being an atty she did pretty well at times in cross and such.

She is so evil but such an almost teenager with her bs. Thinking it will still work for her. Her antics. And she's an old looking hard looking hag these days.

I think I await her rude awakening and payment. I guess if she ever has had it or gets one, we probably won't see it, she'll never show that.

Yeah, I don't have the words. SMDH.

She says the P should have shown the video of Charles with the police. She has now seen all this after. And she thinks they should have shown it.

Regardless they came to the right verdict, but I agree, something we all have questioned why the didn't or couldn't and so on.

I am wondering if they actually did a quick poll before they left the night before and they were already unanimous and just went home to sleep on it. They did come back with a really quick verdict the next day, just after lunch. They were walking around outside during lunch too so i don't know how they avoided news on the case. Nate was talking on a live stream when he said " oh here's a juror just about to walk by so i have to be quiet for a bit." Then they were being called in for the verdict.
