Well, William Butterworth was acquitted in that crime so googling his name will pull up info about the case.OMG I had to google it and THEN like BAM. Haven't heard that word in so long. And slow on the uptake, man I need more than a day off here and there a month. I still don't get why the program would * it. I mean I just used the name Nassau and the word arse so to speak is in it. Let's see if I say the buyers dickered over the item. Will it * out dick? I mean the name isn't just those three letters is it? So I know the first three then right? Can you give me the ending? As I don't want to go google that word only, Lord knows what results I will get.
Well then that's the one I mentioned where he said it wasn't his but the killer did an admirable job. Wow these people are sick. I couldn't tell ya the name of the case though and will have to go look.Well, William Butterworth was acquitted in that crime so googling his name will pull up info about the case.
Kerri briefly mentioned the case because it's technically unsolved and because her father had contacted the mother to saying he didn't commit the crime but he admired the work. He'd also wrote a poem referencing the daughters and the scene but I'm not sure whether the poem was included in the letter to the mother or if it's what he sent to the media- or police- or if it was in his journal.
That link I posted just above is about it. I forgot to mention that Oops.Well then that's the one I mentioned where he said it wasn't his but the killer did an admirable job. Wow these people are sick. I couldn't tell ya the name of the case though and will have to go look.
I just lost hours of a day off dealing with issues at this stinking apartment complex so not sure I will get around to it. ARgghh!!
It wasn't there when I was last in here so no prob lol. Going to look now. Much appreciated! That link I posted just above is about it. I forgot to mention that Oops.
Yes. His grandparents adopted Ted. And was raised with Louise under the belief she was his sister. Then at 14 he found papers revealing his adoption, And seeing Louise's name as birth mother. That's been brought up, Saying it was so traumatic. This influenced him into becoming a serial killer. GIMME A BREAK!!!! Traumatic things happen. Idiot. There is going to be much more to be revealed about "Crybaby Shrek"What the mother does even though seeming to be denial and simply an oh all is fine (denial) who wants pie kind of persona, is seemingly innocent and passive. However, in its way it is so dangerous and contributed I would think to an atmosphere of no matter what he did, it would all be ignored and a surface picture would be maintained without question. This didn't happen, that didn't happen, or if faced to see it did happen, one minute later we will forget it, sweep it under our Bundy rug, and it's gone, never to be brought out again and now let's go get some dinner shall we? The perfect son and no matter what he did, he wash still perfect. In some way it almost would make one think did he keep pushing the boundaries to see if no matter what, he wash still perfect. He was a surface acting person too, all polished, friendly, etc. right, while underneath that Bundy rug, he is evil personified. I don't know what I am saying except there is something there. due to the mother, etc. Not an EXCUSE but a knowing he coudln't go too far as to where she was concerned or a testing of if anything would shake her belief in her perfect son?
So was this brother we see now also considered perfect? Were the sisters?
Clearly this was a cover up family, concerned about what society would think which is ironic. Concealing an out of wedlock birth, a rape of a sister, torture of cats, etc., that isn't denial even I don't think, it is a way of doing things probably well instilled from at least the grandparents on down, probably expected and even demanded. We aren't any psych experts but she probably felt a lot of guilt over Ted and the fact she got pregnant with him and couldn't be his "known" mother? I assume the adoption was by his grandparents you mean? I seem to recall that...
None of it excuses or even explains of course what Ted was. I sense in Crybaby Shrek's case there is something in that family too. It just nags at me, just the surface facts. There is such little info which I find interesting like on his father dying, and how, and how his mother raised them after. Apparent his father (and mother or just father?) lived with his parents (grandparents) as adults in the Long Island home and more.... His father died young and there is no hint his mother ever remarried. How did she support and raise her children? If I recall correctly, an obit could be found on the grandfather but not on the father. An aerospace engineer and a carpenter. I'm very tired and very befuddled lol, went to bed at 9 and up at midnght, I can't even recover when I finally get a day off after working six long ones but do we even know if his parents were married?? I think we do because there are siblings so they must have been, etc. but I am just saying there's such a lack of info. This is a HUGE case and with all the sleuths out there, nothing much has come out or been found out about his father's death, more info on his brother in SC who had the vehicle, etc. It is all so ODD. One thing I do know is that house has never changed hands or been sold and not been in the hands of a Heurman for decades on end if EVER since it was built.. Until now at least. He may still own it but it is now occupied by his wife, not a blood Heurman male...
I'm sidetracking but not really since this is an SK thread. We started with Rader and came to Bundy and now I am talking Shrek. LOL.
Yes Kimster. It's true. Words get twisted around too much sometimes. Like the literally meaning for "Gay" Is "Happy". But now it's become a word to avoid.Lol! The British used it as a slang word for a cigarette.
His photographs are so disturbing.Well you know there were two Surviving The Survivor episodes I've seen in which she spoke of some of the same cases/evidence but yes, the blanket is potentially linked to the Garber case. The thing is, in some of Rader's photographs, he'd re-enacted crime scenes and it's believed he re-enacted the Garber crime scene based on what the actual crime scene looked like. Now as I understand it, in the re-enactment photo, there's a blanket that wasn't at the actual scene and so it's at least speculated that it had been there but that he took it with him.
Oh.***er
That resonates and rings my memory of what you've said about Bundy. And no, finding out you are adopted, and your sister is your mother, etc. doesn't turn you into a Ted Bundy. It may though give you an EXCUSE at whatever age and one he will/did use.Yes. His grandparents adopted Ted. And was raised with Louise under the belief she was his sister. Calm before the storm. IMO There is alot more to this guy, And the extent I believe he could be responsible for. There's too much blank space. Uh uh. Serial killers normally take extremely extended cooling off periods. He's going to make LE find all the evidence. He's not going to volunteer a thing..
Good Lord I have had such a day and no time but just saw that and instantly laughed until I cried and was/am still laughing. It has all been so cryptic and for what reason, I still don't know.Oh.
BTW I spent a ridiculous amount of time looking for people named Gayer.

He used to be, no lie, about my all time favorite actor. Then it changed. I think around the same time an actress I really liked, Susan Sarandon, turned me off for life too, and I really really thought her the best and it probably is also when I was basically done with "Hollywood" and the famous and quit watching movies, etc. for the most part. Been quite awhile, some years now.IIRC, something similar happened to Jack Nicholson. His sister was his mother.
Yes. It's easier to read about his early life. What a mess.IIRC, something similar happened to Jack Nicholson. His sister was his mother.
I'm with you. I know they are human. Like the rest of us. DUH!!! Humans make mistakes. But when you find out that it isn't just an incident, But what kind of person they are. It is disappointing. He used to be, no lie, about my all time favorite actor. Then it changed. They aren't the only ones, there have been many that once they turn me off as seeing the "real" person they are, that's it, I'm done.
But to the point here, so Nicholson was lied to about his birth and mother? But he didn't go on to use it as an excuse for murdering others ala Bundy? (SORRY TED, DOESN'T WASH).
Yeah. You can't even swear in private chat. What a bunch of &%$#. It's private. What the &%#%?!!!!***er
Laugh until you cry. It's a wonderful thing. I do often. Even just the weird goofy stuff that pops into my head. If it wasn't for my sense of humor. I don't think I would be alive.Good Lord I have had such a day and no time but just saw that and instantly laughed until I cried and was/am still laughing. I get it. I spent an inordinate amount of time on a rare day off trying to just DO laundry. I hate wasting time on sh*t that should be a no brainer when one has little time. So you too searched to no avail? I understand believe me. I spent time this morning on the Danish one is it, time I get little of.... Still haven't goy through it but I tried but I have a real life to deal with too with not enough time for it. And this one same thing? What is the big secret re what case/murder it is?
Right. Rader's association with that case- his only connection- is that he'd written about it.Well then that's the one I mentioned where he said it wasn't his but the killer did an admirable job.
