To start. I have always found Serial Killers fascinating. What makes them do what they do?. I know I am not the only one. This is the place to talk about it. I'll start. Who do you find the most fascinating and why?.

It was 2 girls. But I can't find what boy was threatened and the info on the phone call. The children are listed and by what means they were killed. Strangled, One by rope, Stabbing, Blunt force trauma. That is too inconsistent to be one person IMO. The children are listed that their murder was attributed to Williams. That's it. Trilobal carpet fibers and his dog's hair. Which I am doubting.

Jack Blake age 10 was lured into the woods 5/7/72. Shawcross raped and killed him. On Labor day weekend he raped, Strangled and mutilated and discarded Karen Ann Hill into the Black river. He was seen on the bridge by where her body was found, Eating ice cream. Jack's body was found shortly after by a phone tip. Shawcross stated he returned several times to the body to have sex with. He was given a plea deal. 25 yrs for manslaughter for Karen Hill. He was not charged for Jack Blake. He served 14 yrs at Attica. Then he started killing in Rochester. Total victims 14. Now why would his newly found daughter want anything to do with him, Much less expose her children to this POS?.

I was watching the "World's Most Evil Killers" and they left a lot of stuff out. What were you reading?

Murderpedia. And I remember some of it from a documentary I saw about him in which he was interviewed. I don't remember the name of it. But I remember it was released in 2008. The same year he died. I also remember his claims of killings in Vietnam and cannibalism. Lies. Very gruesome stories that were pure fantasy. The interviewer even talked to his CO and he was a clerk and never saw combat. The documentary is where I learned about the daughter also and they kept trying to prod him to talk about Watertown. He kept threatening to end the interview.

Shawcross said he came across 2 Vietnamese women one had 2 AK's and he came up behind her with a machete and cut her head off. Then cut her open. Put C4 under her body and cooked it and ate some in front of her friend and she told him everything he wanted to know. Then he went into the Colonel and saluted him and the Colonel said "You're one SICK SOB but I love ya". Pffft. That's the story I remember, But I couldn't remember the specifics. What a liar. Mr. Clerk.

Now it's his daughter "That's between him and his maker". Her older kids know what he did. And he has no remorse "For some reason". Well he met his maker in 2008.

Dang. My memory sucks, But I remembered alot. DON'T JUDGE ME! I have found serial killers interesting since about age 12. I don't understand these broads (Cuz)😆 that go to their court hearings and send them mail. They would kill you too! YOU DUMB BROAD! (Cuz).😆

Psychopaths are born with brain damage that makes it impossible for them to feel empathy.

I didn't see the trial and there was no televised trial back then. I'm going by news reports. I think the Yale psychologist was eviscerated by the prosecutor, Charles Siragusa, and just tore down her theories and made her look stupid.

Siragusa used the Shawcross trial to get elected NYS Attorney General, IIRC.
