Don't know the show but that sounds kind of odd. What are the chances?

Fill us in what you can or think important please. How many episodes are there? I think we've heard some of what she and daughter said, maybe not all.

They were paid for it. Of course.

It has three shows so far in season one. I'm ending the second one now. The third one is just beginning.

A lot of evidence we'll have to wait to see at trial.

The daughter looks pretty normal. I hope they interview her about her artwork. That artwork is a pretty strong piece of circumstantial evidence, IMO.

One semi-plausible explanation for the family is that they might be afraid of him. However, the daughter says that the most violent she'd ever seen him was him throwing a plate into the sink and breaking it. So, I don't think it's that.

Not sure what just happened there with your post. I give up. Lots of things like that lately.

Psheesh, I hadn't thought of the artwork in a long time. If I recall it got put in a more private thread as it was pretty graphic. Yeah HOW do they explain that? Looked like she was drawing all her father's crimes.

Well we know he is violent with a temper. Throwing a dish in a sink in front of THEM though I guess is someting more than one person has perhaps done in a rage but it does show rage at that moment over something. No butter? Half in jest.

I am glad they are looking at some crimes in other states, we have all wondered. Who said that?

Season ONE? So it will continue and continue? I suppose if the trial process does. I am so not in favor of them getting paid over many dead victims and their families.

Wow was that something. Throughout the read I thought she is full of sh*t. She either KNEW or sticking with him gives her the money for more stories of how she has. He's some prince but has her living in some ramshackle house he can't fix up at all? The daughter draws things that look like his murders? Hey she's dressed somewhat normal there, go figure. She looks like she has lived a life of he77. She is moving to SC where she can't attend hearings or see him? Uh-huh. Some of it probably said the truth, she seems to be flat out ignoring evidence of sex workers and other things. .

Personally if she was not getting paid for evertyhing which I am VERY IRATE about, I think she would have bailed by now.

NO MONEY should be being paid to them. NONE.

It seemed like even daughter may be getting a clue recently. I do NOT believe she doesn't have one. But milking it pays.

Oh, also first time I heard they knew each other while BOTH married. Platonic of course. Yah. And then got married after.

And she thinks porn and such should be legal. What a winner, not. Did she know it IS legal? It is kiddy porn that isn't.

I just knew you would love that article. Of course she has to believe he is innocent. How did her hair get on the victims ?

I don't know what you mean by "and such" but she was talking about prostitution, not porn.
 
I see denial so often in so many of these cases it never comes as a surprise. And I'm reminded of a Mark Twain quote I heard recently that "Iit's easier to fool people than to convince them that they were fooled". Now, isn't that the truth!
And I see it all the time that others- even loved ones, are clueless (normal, just clueless, ,lol).

Okay prostitution even worse. I recalled reading she ignored his porn, one of many things that existed she decided to ignore in this I think and probably got it mixed up. I think I did the same with sex workers but think I mentioned. Sorry. I'll try to go change it, not this minute though, just awoke.

Some countries have expermented with legalizing it, not sure it does much except people get arrested less, whic
h definitely does not stop it. Might be right or wrong and it's an assumption but little doubt to me why CB liked Vegas and had a place there either. Sin City. Been there several times. Funny how some really naive ones never seem to notice the underbelly. And there are some that truly do not. Woman more than men, hate saying that, most men know of it. Yeah, it's gamling but hrdly all it is.

Interesting thought. So many and again I don't want to insult our own sex, but I've seen so many woman in denial in some of these cases. Maybe men are too, but I can name several women in recent cases in the last couple of years. Asa I'm not sure really is, she is profiting and giving them stuff to put in documentaries, etc. Profit, baby.

I've went against instinct maybe in life, I don''t think I have ever really been a denial type. Naive? Sure. Trying to figure out what is going on? Sure. Why someone changed? Sure. Ignore facts? No. Not get rid of someone if they did real harm? No even if it hurt.

If the daughter and mom are telling the truth, he did like the daughter said, lived a double life but there is a lot that does not explain. Maybe he treated them well but he sure did not try to provide a nice home and some other things. Maybe mom was the type that anything was better than nothing. Hard to say. He suited up and went to the way he talked some prestigiious job every day running his own firm in Manhattan yet they lived in a place that bothered their neighbors to no end.

I forgot she said the idea they were swingers or he would suggest such was ridiculous.

Anyhow, before I lose any point, I don't know that I think her in denial or a liar. I lean towards the latter.

He was into both though and child porn particularly. That was why he liked small women IMO.

She is probably saying what her lawyer is telling her to say. Note she mentioned that she can't say much because they are recorded. No way is she stupid and she will probably continue getting money after the trial too.

Well he did have child porn in the house so you were right to mention it, as it was there in her home. She mentioned that stuff wasnt his. So who the heck did it belong to then?

And of course, remember she was there for Vergata.

I am sure once he is convicted, we will hear another story. "How I was fooled.'"

She mentions in that article that she had a double mastectomy and he supported her through that, so in another way I can see why she is committed to him for now and also if what she says about the assault and the dumpster is true. Loyalty.

On the other hand, we also heard she lived on food stamps, so it cannot be both, or perhaps it can. He was self employed and supposedly a good architect, so what did he spend his money on? It certainly wasn't the house.

Yeah he searched for blonde girls/children and you name it. I suspect they should perhaps also be looking at some child cases but I guess they have to do one thing at a time.

He lawyer is a total type. New York's version of a Hollywood lawyer. Imo.

Lots of nuggets in that article. I had the impression she might not drive but she said she picked him up at the station every day and he was always home, home, home. Family man, etc. I had a cheater and his times were during the work day or when I was gone. Means nothing. And they were together long enough, no one can tell me she didn't have clues of at LEAST that much. That isn't denial, that's a total idiot. She plays him off as some knight in shining armor, give me a break.

The part where they knew each other while both married I think worth married again and did it say she was adopted by Icelandic parents? There ARE new nuggets in it.

Yes i understood it to mean she knew him since school/college and later too while both were married. We know his first marriage didn't last, due to his liking for Craigs list escorts and he then married Asa.
