Its only 3 minutes long. But I admit i didnt watch it either.
Lol. You didn't? In most cases I'd watch all those kinds of things, but I know her and her atty's b.s. in such things and I just don't want to watch more of it lol. I think a week of Lori was enough without getting enraged more at Asa than just hearing this stuff already made me. Add in watching Gone Girls last night very much about the victims and their families a fair amount of it, and I haven't had any lightness as an antidote lately. SOMETIMES it is just a good idea to not go there.

Yeah they are worth reading, especially for the Astra forensics info. I at first thought it might be the guy that JT sponsors but it isn't. This guy sounds like a real professional so the article is worth skimming to find that section to read fully. The second link I only copied the bit that I thought was relevant. But speed read them both, that's what i did.

I agree about the daughter. She looks like Mom made her come. Her clothes look like they came from the rag bag or a jumble sale but i guess it is artistic licence. She needs to break away from them and live her own life.ly
There was a fair bit about the guy and lab in the part you pasta copied. Lol. I noted IMMEDIATELY it was not the JT lab and I thought thank God. I've been wondering that for awhile, couldn't recall who it was in this one.

Yeah typically I wouldn't be that way about the daughter but i mean something is really wrong in this family imo. She failed to launch, dresses for attention apparently, if one wants to call that art and a NY thing she is trying to pretend she fits into, I don't know... Seems a bit more of a mixed up misfit and again, I don't like to be mean typically, but it just makes me wonder about the family and her reasons for it. IF she wasn't the daughter of CB and Mrs. CB, I probably wouldn't judge it but I mean not even for court for her SK dad does she even try to tone it down. Some may disagree with it and it may be a bit archaic but you show respect in dress for things like church, court, etc. and this is a pretty SERIOUS case. I'm trying to find the words. IF she hopes her dad is treated fairly and wins at trial, WHY would you dress like that, it makes the entire family seem a bit kooky. That's the last thing the family should want to do if they believe in him seriously.

I remember how seriously we took our trial and at least DECENT appearances and clothing, etc. The entire FAMILY did. We actually like helped my daughter get outfits together, and she had to testify. We just sat but we still took every hearing and especially the trial seriously. Like I said, I can't quite find the words. WHAT is she trying to prove going to court in I think the most outlandish thing I've seen her in yet?

One thing I read in the article is her divorce is "still with the attorney". Yeah and I bet it stays that way till after the trial so she doesn't have to testify. We'll see won't we? LOL.
Yeah, she's definitely up on what to have managed to save re the divorce and yet not to divorce finally yet to help herself and screw the victim families and so on. She definitely caused my opinion of her and the daughter by connection and the $$ they got and so on.

Wow. I am finishing Part 3 of Gone Girls @Takeitfromme

I don't even know if I have words for all that is in here. I think all episodes were good but part III well again wow. From cousins or a cousin in law talking, to Asa, to knowing they really ARE looking into New Jersey, Nevada, South Carolina or those authorities are, to just so much. One could almost for a moment feel sorry for his life with a hard dad but NO. Then an interesting thing is it sounded from Tierney as if they had reason off his devices to think he could be responsible for more than the Gilgo Four... Then Taylor and Costilla got charged...

I've said before and will again I think they may find things well past when any of us are still even here.

I see why you've watched it more than once. It is all GOOD but episode 3 is probably the update from Lost Girls for the most part, every single part was good though, and I'm not even through it yet, but I had to say a few things on it before I forget.

Something tipped them it sounds like as to he could be responsible for more than the few just in Gilgo that was found on his computer etc. if I heard it right.

Hearing about that house like when his cousin stayed imo says something about Asa and the kids that ANYONE could live like that and things were normal--NOT.

The whole episode and I'm not done yet is well very, very interesting. Interesting too that he was NOT an outsider in his own family... Neighbors talk a bit, a lot of stuff in Episode 3.

And I still need to finish it...

What is even scarier is the pedophilia hints. Seen it before in his searches but there was something else in this and darned if I can recall, maybe in the first couple of episodes. I should have remarked on it then. Short term memory is really getting very bad or it is just taking in way too much ( I hope).

I've always thought this and this is key--so what seemed to be different patterns and killers could all be one killer adapting and changing his pattern. I'm all for profiling to a point BUT it isn't like every killer is going to stay the same AND he was reading books by profilers, etc., trying to be smarter... One can't assume they never change up their game or don't KNOW or look at how LE or profilers look at such....

Bitroff comes up, does make one wonder. Was CB using the same area to fool or was it him...

If they hadn't found the planning doc would they even have thought outside the box.... I know there is a lot on SKs like they don't change their patterns but that's naive imo in this day and age too... Most are trying to best LE and think selves smarter...

It is a GOOD watch. Still finishing.

I always leaned towards one killer. LE however even retired ones did not. Where by the way has Duty Ron gone? Haven't seen his channel come up in ages. He was retired NYPD and he never thought so. At least he covered it though.

They cover Shannon nicely too. And honestly, John Ray whether some like him or not, has given them safety and a voice, the families, through all these years.

Finished. Wow. I think I need some cooking or fiction but it was well worth the watch.

And all Mrs. CB gets out of it is claiming her hub was framed, give me a BREAK. Good Lord is she sickening. How did she even live in this dark old weird house with her children all these years? Nope.

The testimony of the guy from Astrea Forensics continued on the third day of the Frye hearing. The judge will ultimately decide if the science is admissible . Asa attended court again but Victoria didn't.

Defense in Gilgo Beach Serial Killings goes on the attack Defense in Gilgo Beach Serial Killings goes on the attack
No judge in their right mind imo is going to throw this out. NY and this county has had a black eye over this case for years on end. Also, a heck of a fight was given back on it by the P. If the D wants to attack it, they can try to do so at trial. Not sure how that all works, jmo. And politics had better in no way play into convicting an SK that they largely let go for a number of years. I think that and corruption did enough damage.

Haven't read the link yet, but we have expected this would come for awhile now. So they have a name probably? I hope @Tresir sees this tomorrow. It's like going on 2 a.m. where she is.

Going to read your link now!

Okayyyy. I know the ins and outs of Daybell pretty well but I swear I am never going to get all the victims and so on straight in this case.

So this is a different jurisdiction and it won't be Tierney but Nassau. I do know enough to keep Peaches straight as the one with the baby and the tattoo. I do know they had possibly been on a genealogy trail and maybe found a relative some time ago. I've got some things straight, just not all areas and a few other things.

I did finish Gone Girls by the way and you weren't kidding how good of a watch that was. The third part I'd call the best. All of it was, but that definitely was and I may have to rewatch it as well.

So Read has started, Daybell is going nuts with the verdict and news and this case they put this out there now when other trials and such have attn? I swear they plan some of this lol. Then other times there is NOTHING going on.
