The Wexford County Sheriff's Office is seeking public assistance in locating Rebecca Kay Park, who is approximately 38 weeks pregnant.

Wexford Co. Sheriff: Missing pregnant woman's phone found; last seen entering dark vehicle
The Wexford County Sheriff's Office is continuing to investigate the disappearance of 22-year-old Rebecca Park, who is reported missing and possibly endangered.

Park, who is approximately 38 weeks pregnant, was last seen willingly getting into the passenger side of a dark-colored vehicle on Monday night around 11:30 p.m. outside a relative's home on South 21 1/2 Road.

She had arranged to be picked up but did not disclose to the witness who would be picking her up, the sheriffs office said.

Deputies said her cellphone was later discovered on a two-track near the location where she was last seen.

Oh, I forgot to add that one thing i saw in all the fb drama was that somebody was claiming that her fiance is actually the ex of bio mom.

I think it's in the comments of the link I posted a bit ago, but now I can't check. It was posted by a person that seems to create a lot of drama so I'm not sure how to take it, but it "might" explain some things.
It is in the link just two posts above this one of yours that @Tresir posted.

Yeah i have since read in an article it was her grandmother who died and left it to her and she went to her mother's to collect it.
Ok. It might have been a grandparent. I was taking my mom to an appointment and reading things white waiting. I just knew it was fairly easily verifiable.

I do wonder if it was cash or a check because I have a lot more questions if she was given cash because that's not usually how it works and would make me wonder if it was just a ruse to get her there. It's generally given in checks so there is proof of it getting to the correct person with the correct amount.

A lot of that depends on the situation with the estate of the deceased. My mom's estate was split between me and my brother. I gave my daughter 1/3 of my half because it was the right thing for me to do. Maybe she did get 2K cash on principle from someone didn't want to leave a paper trail.

You know, I wouldn't be surprised to find out the mother owing the money to Becca was one of the reasons their relationship was "rocky".
Could be one of the reasons for sure. We only have mom's words too that she gave her $2K right? If I recall anyhow.

That has absolutely no impact in being able to tell the difference between an Impala and an SUV and to change her story about which one she saw.
I have no idea what an Impala vehicle looks like. SUV yeah i know what they are like - i have a Suzuki which is an SUV i think. Tinted rear windows.

Sheriff calls for stop to social media rumors hindering search for missing pregnant woman

Authorities are calling for an end to “misinformation and vitriol” circulating on social media regarding the disappearance of Rebecca Park.

Online rumors and criticisms are hampering the investigation and efforts to find Park, and have led the Wexford County Sheriff’s Office to be “unable to share information” about the case, police said in a news release obtained by WPBN/WGTU.

Extensive searches have been conducted in the area where Park was last seen, including by law enforcement and by volunteers, the release said. No additional evidence was found during either search. A new group, calling themselves a “recovery team” is now in the area but is not affiliated with law enforcement.

The sheriff’s office does not have evidence that Park was assaulted and is not in possession of bloody clothing, which has been rumored online, police said.

Park is considered a missing person who may be endangered, police said. The status of her pregnancy is unknown. The sheriff’s office and Michigan State Police are actively investigating the case.

I think LE doth protest too much.

Do they have the details of the vehicle she was picked up in?

Do they know where it went?

This is a pregnant vulnerable woman and her unborn child - they need to do their job. What are they doing about this abduction?

Instead of berating the public, they need to pull their finger out.

AJMO of course.

Do they know if there was an actual vehicle to even be looking for?

I'm sure they know FAR more than they are letting the public know.
