The Wexford County Sheriff's Office is continuing to investigate the disappearance of 22-year-old Rebecca Park, who is reported missing and possibly endangered.

Park, who is approximately 38 weeks pregnant, was last seen willingly getting into the passenger side of a dark-colored vehicle on Monday night around 11:30 p.m. outside a relative's home on South 21 1/2 Road.

She had arranged to be picked up but did not disclose to the witness who would be picking her up, the sheriffs office said.

Deputies said her cellphone was later discovered on a two-track near the location where she was last seen.

I'm not sure now, but I thought her mom stated that in one of the interviews, but I might have misunderstood her and I can't find what I was looking for where I saw it right now. I'm not sure if it was a youtube video or an embedded video on an article.

I don't recall hearing it until you said it but I sure maybe haven't seen or read all. It wouldn't be hard to misunderstand her mom either, everything she says is confusing.

I don't doubt you, I just would like to know for sure because her finding it isn't incriminating or anything necessarily but I'd note it and like to be sure is all.

You know though, I do remember I wondered too about a family app that might have tracked it so maybe I did see that. I don't know lol.

To me it is downright odd though mom would be walking around in the neighborhood of her own home looking for her. Why would she think she'd be anywhere nearby? If so, she wouldn't need a car ride necessarily. Nothing in this case makes any sense I swear.

Is it possible mom watched after they left and saw the headlights of the car turn onto the two track...? And she just hasn't said so to the public...?

I looked back at that post and in it, it does not say her mother found it. So I'm wondering if she truly did.

I don't know who found it, just that it was found the next day.

“I’m leaving with someone.”

Just 22 minutes later, she was reportedly seen leaving her biological mother’s home in Boon Township, Michigan, 9 months pregnant and carrying a child who could arrive at any moment. Since that night, Rebecca has vanished.

Her fiancé claimed she told her biological mother:

“I’ve found a ride — I’m sorry, this is just something I have to do.”

But her half-sister insists that conversation never happened, and friends are questioning every detail of that night. A family friend shared additional, concerning information:
• Rebecca’s fiancé reportedly uses meth, but is believed not to be involved in her disappearance.
• Rebecca may have left with her biological mother, Cortney, who also struggles with substance use — some speculate they went on a drug-related trip.
• Cortney reportedly gave conflicting stories about who Rebecca left with, telling some she didn’t see, but telling her fiancé it was “some dude.”
• There is concern about $2,000 in cash Rebecca received around that time and possible exposure to dangerous substances, including meth mixed with fentanyl (“hot shot”).
• Friends reportedly don’t trust Cortney’s version of events, fearing Rebecca may have overdosed or ended up in danger.

Rebecca’s life was far from simple. Her adoptive mother cares for her two young children, and her fiancé’s criminal past adds a shadow over an already tense situation.

i have to admit I've wondered about any drugs even with Rebecca. I did not want to think it of a mom at nearly full term having an addiction. However, that ride, if there was one, and receiving cash, it did cross my mind.

We also haven't really talked on here much about the bf being an SO and now he is also an alleged meth user. Mom has similar issues they say.

I find mom very questionable and the bf too. i'd be more apt to believe the half sister/friends. You've probably followed it on there, would you agree?

It was a rare time I had access to fb. I didn't do fb and reading the comments on this, this is why I have no desire to follow accounting on fb it even have a FB account. That and reddit. I did have a reddit account and that lasted about a week before I bailed out of that drama filled space.

Seems like you cannot believe anything this lot say or do. So she has two mothers, her bio mum and an adoptive mum and a fiance. They all seem to have questionable histories so i would not be surprised if they went off on a hunt to purchase meth with the $2000 she appeared to have access too.

Oh, I forgot to add that one thing i saw in all the fb drama was that somebody was claiming that her fiance is actually the ex of bio mom.

I think it's in the comments of the link I posted a bit ago, but now I can't check. It was posted by a person that seems to create a lot of drama so I'm not sure how to take it, but it "might" explain some things.

This article says the authorities found her phone, not her mom.

Remains hard to say what to believe in this one.

I keep thinking that the vehicle picking her up is unconfirmed, only her mother said she saw this, but my mind doesn't want to entertain the mom may have done something to her daughter. It is at the back of my mind though all of the time. Her confusing statements do nothing to help that either.

I don't know who died but I would say it maybe is a bit unusual, although not unheard of maybe, to hand out an inheritance in cash for that amount. I guess it could have been check and they went and cashed it though.
