Portland Jane Doe 2015 was added to Gedmatch by the DNA Doe Project. As of February 22, 2021, she had 80 DNA matches. Her highest match was 66.5 cM - this is not a substantial match. She is on the Google Drive spreadsheet at:

Portland Jane Doe identified 11 years after body found at East End Beach
Eleven years after her body was found at East End Beach in Portland in 2015, authorities have identified the woman known only as "Jane Doe."

Investigators say her name was Byung Ran Kim.

She was 66 years old and lived in New York, though she was originally from South Korea.

Kim was identified following a persistent, multi-year investigation.

Recently, a Portland police detective found a DNA match through the DNA Doe Project, which eventually led to a fingerprint match with the South Korean government.

The recon didn’t have her nose right but I think it’s because of the condition of her body when it was found.

Thank you, DNA Doe Project!
