Man suspected of abducting three of his family members from a Perinton home on Saturday​

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said it’s investigating an abduction of three family members from a Perinton residence on Saturday. The incident was reported at 3 p.m.

MCSO says the suspect is Amar Abdullah Qasim Saleh, 26, who abducted his family members.

Deputies say Amar abducted his sister, Julie Abdulla Saleh, 7, his brother, Hafiz Mouna Ali Ali, 9, and his mother, Mouna Omar Saleh Ali, 54.

The alert was activated at 8:57 p.m. Saturday by the State Police Investigative Support Unit on behalf of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators said the abduction occurred around 3:19 p.m. Saturday in Fairport. Police believe the suspect’s car is a white or silver Honda Accord or Toyota Camry.
