Utah father accused of torturing children given 'hard no' to release from jail

Micah Smith, 31, of South Jordan, appeared virtually in 3rd District Court Tuesday morning where a protective order was issued. Smith was also denied a release on bail.

I read there will be long-term effects for the 4 year old. Not that he was on life support. Either way. That child was harmed because of this idiot! You're mad at your wife. So you use the kids. I've seen it a million times! Like they're pawns. They always suffer in some way.
