WY LARAMIE COUNTY WF Jane Doe on I-25 outside Cheyenne, 30-50 Yrs., Distinctive Tattoo on Right Hip, Late April 2026

Jane Doe was hit by a vehicle on I-25, near the onramp at Mile Marker 11 outside Cheyenne. Medical aid was given by state troopers but she died on scene from her injuries.
Height: About 5 ft 7 inches
Weight 136 lbs.
Age 30-50 Years, estimated
Strawberry blond hair, shoulder length
Eye Color Unknown/not stated
Black and white duffel bag found next to victim.

Very distinctive tattoo on Jane Doe's right hip, pictured below in the middle. The tattoo pictured a cloud with 3 zigzag lines, a sun emerging to the left of the cloud, a star above the sun, and two clusters of triangles to the far left of the rest of the design. Troopers, citing an ongoing investigation, did not release the exact DOD for Jane Doe, other than to saying "Late April 2026". A John Doe was found in Cheyenne on June 6, who also had distinctive tattoos. His tattoo is on the far left. It is not known if the two cases are related.

I won’t be surprised if they don’t figure out who these two are quickly. Tattoos are a great way of identification.

The article stated the WY troopers have had a potential family of John Doe contact the troopers, saying they recognized John Doe's tattoos. I didn't post him because the article made it sound like they were basically awaiting confirmation of his identity. Foul play is not suspected in his death.
