Karen Read accused of backing into boyfriend and leaving him to die *TRIAL IN PROGRESS* (5 Viewers)

This woman didn't do this. I'd be willing to bet that someone in the house did it. Someone in the house looked up "How long will it take for somebody to die in the cold." Karen couldn't have done that search.

Is there a cover up conspiracy?

Well this D's objective is to win no matter what but the FBI's objective should be to establish facts!
Yes to the point of the D even violating all ethics and rules.

As to the feds, I can't recall enough. If you know more, please share. I just know what I think of the D and ARCCA. I know who had them first though.

From what I've gathered so far, it was the AG who got the FBI involved, which is also sketchy to me, I mean, why/how was the AG involved?

Not sure where you are going here. AGs get involved a lot especially if big, complicated,
like in this case a cop was killed. And involving the feds for help is usually considered a good thing, not a bad thing no?

Sounds political to me which should never be the case but often is these days with justice. As it says right in there, such almost never happens simultaneous with the murder case going on,, but okay they choose this one to do so?

I thought there was no court in this one today?

That report is from April 2024.

Thank you for finding and sharing that!
That which Tracy Miner said, that "fed authorities have aggressively targeted local police for decades", helps make sense of their involvement with this case.
And Miner's "surprised they didn't let it play out". I'd like to hear from them why they didn't! And also, what exactly was the basis for their investigation?
Hiring ARCCA was surely beyond what their objective should have been and the fact that they only allowed ARCCA "certain perameters" and provided only "certain" info demonstrates their purpose, which is something I'd expect from a defense investigator and definitely not from an investigator from the FBI looking into the handling of a case!

I won't be commenting much on this except to say that Higgins was FBI so maybe that is why they got involved? Is that likely?

Politics. It's Boston. Basically.

I have little more to say either other than i have double posts on this page of both of you and been noticing a lot of strange things with this site lately. Thought it was just me or my end but it isn't.

It's funny you say "it's Boston" because quite a while back now , I was telling my husband about how this case went from simple to crazy and all he had to say was "Who cares? it's Boston". LMAO!
(I should clarify that my husband has nothing against the city of Boston, just no interest in the case, period, lol.)
