Absolutely any other address with a dying guy -ESPECIALLY a dying fellow cop- would be immediately searched. But at his own texts state, the address was safe from any search because the owner was a cop.anything. a boston cop in his 40's on the ground injured and unknown cause..... just start looking..... but as @Guess Who said Proctor being in charge..... total problem.... SEARCH THE HOUSE IMMEDIATELY! THERE WAS A GATHERING IN THERE!!! dummy..... perimeter of the property IN ITS ENTIRETY..... inept is right!
Plus, if she hit him and that's what shattered the taillight (unlike how JM described as "cracked"), physics makes it impossible for all of those pieces to have followed him what to into the yard. Gravity alone, would have made them fall straight down or very, very close to where the strike at a little more than 20mph (supposedly) would have been. There is no physical way that many large pieces would have traveled with him.honestly being a K9 person that's what gets me the most about John's injuries is from all the dog bites and maulings I've experienced and seen.... thats what his arm looks like to me.... plus he looks beat up..... what if she did hit him BUT only minor injured him....he's drunk she's drunk.... she leaves he goes in the house PISSED and then after being in there his mood contributes to something goes south all hell breaks lose guys and dog involved in fight but they didnt mean to kill him....
just a thought outside the box.....sort of
TOTALLY AGREE. I have listened today and watched a chat or two but am close to sick of it LOL. That's how I get with this one.The entire situation incident and trial is an UTTER DEBACLE
That's a heck of a lot of people lying plus it doesn't explain the phone losing temperature under his body over that long time period. Eg it would have got cold much quicker without a body on it, like the experiment they did with putting the phone in a freezer. Also he had no injuries to his face just the blood pooling behind his eyes from the deep wound on the back of his head from falling and striking the ground/the hydrant/the kerb etc. Also his DNA was on the rear of Karen's car and she said she hit him several times, heard by several witnesses.honestly being a K9 person that's what gets me the most about John's injuries is from all the dog bites and maulings I've experienced and seen.... thats what his arm looks like to me.... plus he looks beat up..... what if she did hit him BUT only minor injured him....he's drunk she's drunk.... she leaves he goes in the house PISSED and then after being in there his mood contributes to something goes south all hell breaks lose guys and dog involved in fight but they didnt mean to kill him....

He was never missing. When Karen called she knew where he was. She even ran straight to him when the other two couldn't see him. She knew he was there and he was covered in snow. She told more than three people she did it.Absolutely any other address with a dying guy -ESPECIALLY a dying fellow cop- would be immediately searched. Yep. Also, if he came in the house, why was Jen McCabe texting him and asking him where he was? Did she know he was going to get beaten up and get dumped outside?Well said it before and will again, this one is over the top and overblown. Both sides but imo especially the D. Not all will ever agree.
So the D side. He was in a fight right, people came at him, oh and he got in the home when he was dropped outside, then a dog came at him and attacked, then someone dragged him outside and dumped him in that very yard right.
It is a LUDICROUS story. All those things and more. And the story came well after she was going onto everyone under the sun that she did it. And the story evolved.
Imo of course.
Never have disagreed with you on this kind of thing--doesn't mean she's innocent though. They all cover for their own and so on OR know they were all partying, driving, etc., imo that's what really made it not quite go the right way. How many stories does anyone want on stuff like that? I've got several.Absolutely any other address with a dying guy -ESPECIALLY a dying fellow cop- would be immediately searched. It is all a made up KR story and D story. Just like others we have seen a bit of lately. It bites that the whole thing was perhaps not done 100% perfectly because all were trying to cover own butts til knew what the heck was happening. Imo. She killed him and she knew it. AGREE. Facts support it. It's just another defense fantasy story they have tried to flood the world with, and leak and use online sources and news to make people buy into it, who some fall for. And some do.That's a heck of a lot of people lying plus it doesn't explain the phone losing temperature under his body over that long time period. Yep, consistently. He was never missing. When Karen called she knew where he was. She even ran straight to him when the other two couldn't see him. She knew he was there and he was covered in snow. She told more than three people she did it.
RIDICULOUS story, yep.Yep. Also, if he came in the house, why was Jen McCabe texting him and asking him where he was? Did she know he was going to get beaten up and get dumped outside?
And exactly as to Jen. I kind of got sidetracked but YES that was before the fact or wondering why not there yet! Logic for goodness sakes. Jmo of course.Yep. Also, if he came in the house, why was Jen McCabe texting him and asking him where he was? Did she know he was going to get beaten up and get dumped outside?
Is there a link on here to compare?Somebody talked to Jen McCabe about her testimony. She is a lot calmer this time around.

Logic and common sense. Yep. I've had to at times do just recaps in cases but when you go watch the actual things, news is just sound bites and so on. And of course they want the sensational or to create it.
Speaking of our different terms, here it is curb lol.
