Karen Read accused of backing into boyfriend and leaving him to die *NOT GUILTY* (Guilty of OUI) (26 Viewers)

This woman didn't do this. I'd be willing to bet that someone in the house did it. Someone in the house looked up "How long will it take for somebody to die in the cold." Karen couldn't have done that search.

Is there a cover up conspiracy?

I watched a lot of it last night after being on here and had a few takeaways myself. First, the jury would seem to have spent a lot of time on instructions, the verdict form and questions and so maybe they haven't deliberated quite as long as we think.

Second I took that VERY question just the opposite of you. I took it as maybe most or all were ready to find her guilty on two counts but one or more wanted to sure if they agreed to those charges, what happened on the other charge/s. Are you sure they said NG? I thought they said guilty. I certainly could have heard wrong. Was a long hard day.

And Jackson continues to be imo pretty flustered while Brennan is as cool as can be.

I think I heard most and caught mostly up. I just let the all day feed play and did other things until the sound came up if there was a jury question or they returned to the courtroom.

I am going by the jury question in post 3873? It said not guilty.

BREAKING: New jury question. “If we find not guilty on 2 charges but can’t agree on one charge, is it a hung jury on all three charges or just one charge?”

I don't know but where I'm from, it looks a lot like the symbol fans give to the Longhorns football team and it means Hook 'em Horns, lol.

This morning judge told all attys to be back at 4 I believe, said worked well before or some such and I saw people assuming that meant she was expecting no verdict today all day. Though it kind of ridiculous, just covering in my opinion if nothing came in to be back then. Hadn't heard they were dressed up.

If the jurors themselves have reason to think they've agreed before now, they will likely do lunch and come back. That is soooo common, seen it a million times.

Been pretty quiet.
 
@Tresir Tom said he is going to cover this. By the time he gets up a show it will likely be over but still. People had asked him to before and he had no interest, no he said he fell down the rabbit hole with it lol. So far he is not seeing the ridiculous conspiracy but he keeps from deciding til he looks at all. I'll be watching that one for sure.
 
Take this with a total grain of salt. A woman in a chat said there is a rumbling the jury is coming back. Not a mention where she got it, nothing, and she's kind of a know it all. I'll delete if wrong, and honestly she's probably getting it on some b.s. site, who knows.

I will say though I kind of expect them today, if not agreed then to say they can't agree or some such. I don't know that of course but this many days in, generally something like that will come. Maybe.

I truly doubt the woman I saw knows a thing. Shall see I guess. I do expect juries after lunch so it is possible. Again shall see.
 
Hmm. Yet judge was just on at this moment saying no jury verdict has been announced and something got sealed and is asking all to remain in building til end of day. And I mean JUST NOW.
 
WTH weird. Different things being reportedR. Yet I was listening to the judge. Had the feed on all day.

Even so, I guess seems like something may be coming. Wasn't an announcement there though.

Also a verdict is a verdict, it isn't a "we can't agree" so if there is one that's pretty interesting...
