LOL. It's easy to convict her of 1 charge or multiple with this form. I bet that's what they don't like. At the very least she should be convicted of OUI.I thought KR and D were complaining it was confusing. That's not confusing one bit to me.
Yeah she admitted to driving drunk herself so finding her innocent of that is pretty dishonest.LOL. It's easy to convict her of 1 charge or multiple with this form. I bet that's what they don't like. At the very least she should be convicted of OUI.
Have you noticed that her fans are making this sign a lot and I wondered what it means?

I don't know. I think personally it was fairly clear and of couse anything she said is evidence. Maybe there is one struggling with knowing for sure. In watching a chat they still seem to think a verdict is coming today, probably because of the questions, no idea.Well what do you make of that?
I thought second degree was also and option and then manslaughter. One thing seems clear, they don't seem to be thinking of letting her go entirely free whether lowest charge or highest or two.I think verdict should be 002 - 1 and 2 and 003 -2
2. __Guilty of offense as charged: Manslaughter while Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Liquor
( check one or both of the following):
__Manslaughter while Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Liquor
and/or
__ Manslaughter while Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Level of .08% or greater
3. __Guilty of Lesser included offense: Involuntary Manslaughter
4.__ Guilty of Lesser included offense: Motor Vehicle Homicide (Felony-OUI Liquor and Negligence)
( check one or both of the following):
__ Motor Vehicle Homicide by Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Liquor
and/or
__ Motor Vehicle Homicide by Operating a Motor Vehicle With a Blood Alcohol Level of .08% or greater
I was getting mixed up a bit but have updated what i think she should get. I don't think it should be 001 as it wasn't premeditated.I thought second degree was also and option and then manslaughter. One thing seems clear, they don't seem to be thinking of letting her go entirely free whether lowest charge or highest or two.
You answered while i was still editing my post soI thought second degree was also and option and then manslaughter. One thing seems clear, they don't seem to be thinking of letting her go entirely free whether lowest charge or highest or two.
I think they seem to be veering towards NG by the sound of some of the questions.
I think we are going to have a verdict today though.
I didn't think so with NG. However, I couldn't watch some of today, were there more questions. Last one I saw was the one Jackson argued that he wanted judge saying more than hypothetical. She was going by the law.I think they seem to be veering towards NG by the sound of some of the questions.

I think they may be thinking NG on two charges due to this question they asked -I didn't think so with NG. However, I couldn't watch some of today, were there more questions. Last one I saw was the one Jackson argued that he wanted judge saying more than hypothetical. She was going by the law.
Imo at this point, they are not all in agreement. There will be no acquittal and it is hard to say if they will come to terms on what degree of guilt. It would seem (just a guess) those disagreeing are sticking to their guns.
I actually thought some of the questions kind of suss about the verdict form and whether doing something on one charge would do something with another charage, etc. To me that sounded like someone knew about the last trial. They can at times have some knowledge and be allowed on if honest about it but they don't usually have much. Seems someone in there might.
I didn't find the form confusing but may one or more did, I don't know.
I took t they were trying to decide degree of guilt. I also did not think I also thought KR and attys seemed a bit bothered by the questions while Brennan rolled with them kind of unfazed.
But who knows. People, all of us and experts, try to read these things and jury questions and they re often way off totally on what was really going on.
I watched a lot of it last night after being on here and had a few takeaways myself. First, the jury would seem to have spent a lot of time on instructions, the verdict form and questions and so maybe they haven't deliberated quite as long as we think.I think they may be thinking NG on two charges due to this question they asked -
"If we find not guilty on 2 charges but can’t agree on one charge, is it a hung jury on all three charges or just one charge?"
So maybe NG on 1 and 2 but G on 3 is what they cannot agree on perhaps. At a minimum they must find her guilty of OUI surely?
