According to a criminal complaint against the teen, ring camera footage showed him exit a white Jeep and chase White into the back of the house. The footage then shows him — armed with a gun — carry White back to the Jeep, which then drove away from the scene, per the complaint.
Co-defendants Fabian Johnson, 38, and Corey Williams, 25, were also seen in the footage, per the complaint.
According to the complaint, the teen called his father — who is an inmate at Racine Correctional Institute — and discussed the kidnapping. The call was recorded.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for the teen on Dec. 8.
