Amber Alert issued for abducted south Alabama teen believed to be in ‘extreme danger’
An Amber Alert was issued Sunday night for a south Alabama teen girl believed to be in extreme danger.The state of Alabama issued the alert for 16-year-old Jada Yvonne Varner. The teen was last seen about 4 p.m. Sunday in the area of Geneva County’s County Road 28 in Slocomb.
Authorities said her abductor is Ezekiel Vang, 21. The pair may be traveling in a 2008 silver Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible with Alabama license plate 34CH906. Family members of Varner posted on Facebook that the teen was taken against her will at gunpoint.
