TX HAYLEY GIANDONI: Missing from Fairview, TX - 18 December 2021 - Age 14 *Found Safe*

FAIRVIEW, Texas — An Amber Alert has been issued for a 14-year-old girl who was abducted in the Collin County town of Fairview, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The alert was issued Sunday evening for Hayley Giandoni, who was last seen around 6 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Stone Hinge Drive, just off Stacy Road.

Fairview is a town located just east of Allen.

Giandoni is described as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and camouflaged leggings.

According to a flyer from Texas DPS, the suspect and suspect vehicle are unknown at this time.

Law enforcement officials believe she is in "grave or immediate danger."

They are clearly holding something back if they say she was abducted but they have no idea of a vehicle or suspect. Something tells them she was abducted.
 
That's great news. I wonder if we will hear any more. We should as if there is a predator, parents need to know and that includes if it whether someone unknown or known. Imo.

Fairview Police said that at about 1:30 p.m. today, Hayley Giandoni and another 13-year-old runaway from Seagoville were located in Balch Springs thanks to the aid of an “alert citizen.” The investigation into Giandoni’s disappearance determined three other juvenile female runaways between the ages of 13 and 17 were connected to her disappearance.

Police said the investigation into the suspect is ongoing and did not offer details about them.

So it is looking like calling it an "abduction" as was said early on was inaccurate...
