I might have a chance to be on a bit here and there but it is just as likely I will not have a chance again shortly. As most know I followed most cases but Morphew was one of my pet ones and I have been very behind on it, extremely so. Since I was able to take a few moments here and there recently, or more like it needed to to calm down or try to, I finally somewhat caught up on Morphew with a few minutes here and there.

I don't have time to read all posts since I have been here on anything including this case but just want to touch on this one in case I have to be gone again for awhile. I cannot believe he is out on bail but try to understand the reasons for it but am so glad he is bound over for trial at least.

I have here and there read a handful of pages of the arrest warrant and finally have read it all.

It is well worth reading is what I really want to say to anyone who has not, that is my point--not sure since I have not read posts who all has read it. There is sooooo much to talk about and it is sooooo obvious who and what he is. Imo.

Whether around or not (most likely will not be for awhile shortly), I pray and hope for justice in this case (all cases, but again this is one of the ones I was following closely from day one). I don't and haven't had much time but I would encourage anyone who has not read it who follows the case to do so if you have a calmer life or a boring day or two or three or four here and there. It is not dull.

There is soooo much to comment on and I can't but Shoshona Darke would be one, it is soooo clear as is Barry. He is so obvious as to who and what he is and each page it becomes more obvious. It may be circumstantial but I think it is clear who the "culprit" is here. I so wish I could be here to discuss all of the things in it because there is plenty.

Other than that, I got into Petito a bit as it is an active current one that is everywhere and that's it, no time to catch up on any others. I pray for all the other cases, and most especially the child ones.

Television footage showed him walking out of jail with his two daughters. Neither he nor his daughters answered questions from reporters.

His daughters must not believe he killed their mom?
Like many people, I struggle with my thoughts on these girls. I want to be fair. After reading this AA though, I fail to see how they cannot see it, it is all so clear and they lived it and we didn't. One really bothered me more than the other in noticing a few things in the AA that I am not sure have really been pointed out.

It is soooooo clear what this man is and what their mother dealt with. Imo.

The other thing that amazed me (lots to mention in it but just mentioning one) is even though this investigation leaked NOTHING to my knowledge, how dead on right all people were and how much Youtubers and others found out and was speculated on by the majority--everything was pegged just about exactly as to the type of relationship, what happened, that the bike ride was faked and more...

Looks that way. When he was first arrested and charged with her murder, they were seen crying, saying "I love you" and making heart symbols at him.

Barry Morphew, the Colorado man charged with murder in the Mother’s Day disappearance of his wife, Suzanne Morphew, was ordered held without bail at his first court appearance Thursday — where one of his daughters mouthed the words “I love you” to him.

Morphew, wearing a white-and-orange inmate jumpsuit, said little during the 15-minute court appearance, during which he remained handcuffed, the Colorado Springs Gazette said.

The judge issued an order of protection for the 52-year-old murder suspect, which grants him the right to speak with the couple’s two daughters, who were in court.

Both were crying and one appeared to make a heart symbol while telling her dad she loved him, Denver 9News reported.

“That contact must be civil,” 11th Judicial District Judge Patrick Murphy told him, the Gazette reported. “So, you cannot threaten, harass, or annoy.”

Barry Morphew is due back in court May 27.

I have not watched this but since it is new tonight and is from Reporter Lauren Scharf who has covered this case throughout, I thought I would post it for others to watch. Just put up an hour ago I think I saw. Not sure when I will get to watch it. Lots of things to deal with. Hope to get to watch it at some point.

I just saw this posted by Tyson. WTH? What is she doing on the old Morphew property? All I can think of is Barry ordered something and the wrong address was in the account so it was delivered to the old home? Which he does NOT own any longer, she can't just go walk on someone else's property and take a package. What else could it be? Was she stealing THEIR package?

Her behavior in the AA is very disturbing and I truly wonder how long she and Barry really knew each other.

During testimony in a four-day preliminary hearing last month, Darke was seen in photographs checking out of Colorado Springs' Antlers Hotel with Barry Morphew.

The hotel visit was made before he was arrested in his wife's presumed death a year after she went missing. In surveillance still shot photos shown in court, Morphew can be seen in the hotel lobby carrying luggage and Darke is walking behind him wearing a wig.

I have made a bad choice in my life apparently as to who I married but I can honestly say I never dated a suspected wife killer who I met at a Dumpster nor anyone I met at a Dumpster.

Lame attempt at humor lol.

Anyhow, more seriously, in the AA she also allegedly called LE or CBI or someone about odd vehicles around the Puma Path property in the time frame Suzanne disappeared. I would have to look again and can't right now, I'd never find it quickly, but THIS is notable to me. She was imo trying to help Barry throwing shade elsewhere rather than on him and I also think may indicate they knew each other prior... Jmo. If I recall, it is not real clear in the AA any further detail about this...
