Police are continuing to appeal to the public for assistance as investigations into a 17-year-old-girl reported missing from Bundaberg continue.

The girl, pictured, was last seen at Airport Drive, Bundaberg around 8.30am on May 15.

She did not check in for a booked flight and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police have conducted a land search of Airport Drive and the surrounding areas today, May 19, but have not located the girl or any personal belongings.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

The girl is described as approximately 180cm, pale complexion, long dyed red hair, and hazel eyes.

She was last seen carrying luggage and wearing a green tank top and grey sweatpants.

I think they are clearly lying about dropping her off and that's why the vehicle is a crime scene. They sound like a lovely couple living with two dead dogs at a derelict house. They have killed her, disposed of her body and luggage and kept the car.

No one seems to have much for doubts in this one that it was them.

I take the lovely to be sarcasm lol.

Yah, the answers like with them and all their stupid mistakes imo.

So the car would have her DNA in it if they took her to the airport. At first i thought it was her car but i guess it was theirs.

Leaked text message reveals what Pheobe Bishop's flatmate said after she went missing

Now Daily Mail Australia has obtained the private messages that Mr Wood sent hours after Pheobe was reported missing.

'Hey hey how are you,' asked a concerned friend on Friday 16 May at 9.45pm.

'Yeah been better ayy darlz how bout you?' Wood replied on Saturday 17 at 6.18am.

'That's not good any word on Pheobe at all?' the friend asked.

'No nothing atm, but we are just printing up more flyers to go around and stick up every where and keep searching and hope she makes contact with someone ayy,' replied Wood.

The worried friend said they had their 'fingers crossed for her' and questioned the whereabouts of any CCTV that may help with the investigation.

'Surely the airport has footage,' they asked, before Mr Wood replied the following morning.

'I don't know ayy but how's this cause I was one of the last people to see her alive cops basically asked me if I did her in or hurt her at all ayy,' he said.

Mr Wood told the friend he was frustrated that the police asked those questions.

'I was like WTF, so yeah that's nice to know that purely because I'm a male and look the way I do.'

Mr Wood has offered a reward for anyone who can reveal her location.

'Any little bit of information can help, please if you know something, please contact her family,' Mr Wood wrote on social media.

'If you know where she is and can give her family a legit address to bring her home or make contact with her, you can (have) my fishing boat as a reward, 15 ft alloy tinnie with trailer and all.

'It's not much but it's yours if you know where she is, and please homie (Pheobe) if you see this please just contact one of us and let us know you're ok.'

What I am not seeing here is a motive. Unless something inappropriate was being done to or with her.

These people sound like animals and I feel bad saying that as it is an insult to animals imo.

So the falling out with her mom sounds as if it was the last time she was independently seen by other than the couple.

A lot of trouble was gone to to alter the plates on the car and on top of it the symbol from Honda to Toyota or vice versa whichever it is.

Did we know about the park? It sounds like they have footage or something showing the couple removing things from the park. It is also said they found things at the park.

The remarks by the grocer are interesting and by Pheobe herself. The grocer makes it clear that she seems to have NO money to speak of and she herself seemed to feel she was living in a sh*thole per her text. So where did the money for a flight come from?

She is about to have ten days somewhere nice and she dies most likely....

Up to was it 18 dead dogs on the property?

Who ARE these people, how did she even meet them or come to be with them?

I've got the same question. I swear I read somewhere her mom knows the Tamika (is that her name?).

Name sounds right. Not sure I caught that they knew each other, perhaps I read it, just unsure.

I know even here some areas let messes like this exist but this is sooooo bad, are there no rules to clean up hovels like this?

My county doesn't have zoning, only the limits of cities. You'd be surprised.

I dunno if this is true or not. It would sure explain how she ended up there.

Have they even confirmed she had a TICKET?

I don't know what her mother is like but the idea that Tanika who had tons of dead dogs, many firearms, illegal explosives and lived in a sh*thole and took care of nothing could be in a role of social support work is ridiculous to me.

This is one of the weirdest cases i have come across. So have LE given any recent update. So her BF was in the car too ? So when did she go missing from this car?

ETA i am beginning to think she may be voluntarily missing from these weirdos.

I agree it is a VERY WEIRD one.

It was her flatmate's boyfriend in the car - ie Tanika's boyfriend James. I got mixed up.

Eta Tanika's boyfriend is not James but someone else whose name i don't know.

Apparently this article states the car and the property are both active crime scenes. I have only copied part of the article below. There is a lot more info in the article.

"Ms Bromley faces two counts of authority required to possess explosives and one count each of possessing/acquiring restricted items and unlawful possession of weapons.
Her partner and Pheobe’s other housemate, James Wood, reportedly attended court to support her.
Both Ms Bromley and Mr Wood have been interviewed by police. Authorities say there is no suggestion either of them was involved in Phoebe’s disappearance.
No arrests or charges have been made relating to the missing teenager.
The Hyundai ix35, with Queensland registration 414 EW3, was recently seen in Bundaberg with noticeably modified number plates. Photographs obtained by The Courier Mail show the original plates altered with black electrical tape and maroon paint to read 474 BW8, with “NSW” handwritten on the plates in black ink.
The Hyundai logo on the vehicle was also covered with a makeshift Toyota emblem.
Inspector Thompson confirmed that police were looking into the matter.

He also made a fresh appeal to the public for dashcam and CCTV footage of the Hyundai near the Airport Dr and Samuels Rd area in Bundaberg and also the Gin Gin area on May 15.
The car, along with a property in Gin Gin where Pheobe was staying before her disappearance, were both declared active crime scenes.

CCTV footage posted online on Sunday showed a grey Hyundai ix35 – the same car model police allege Ms Bishop travelled in on the day of her disappearance – driving along a back street of Gin Gin.
The CCTV footage was timestamped 10.30am on May 15 – two hours after Pheobe was alleged to have been dropped to Bundaberg Airport to fly to Brisbane."
