Someone might want to copy/paste some disturbing details out of here. Back to work, sorry.
Police unveiled a booking photo of Anderson, who was arrested by Louisville Metro Police for robbery weeks before her son went missing, Sgt. Carey Huls said. Dawn Coleman’s relation to the boy or the mother is not currently known.

In a probable cause affadavit filed in Washington County, police revealed Facebook messages sent from Anderson's account in Dec. 2021 pertaining to "reversal spells, exorcism, and Hex/Curse." Many times, Anderson refers to her child as a "demon."

Other messages and posts to her public Facebook account were detailed, where Anderson said she had to "do some healing and killing." Anderson also claimed to have "survived the death attacks" from her son, adding that she'd been able to "weaken his powers through our blood."

"I have his real name and he is 100 years old," Anderson said in a post to her public Twitter account, according to the affidavit.

On March 18, 2022, Anderson allegedly posted: "Can't wait to tell this story. About the exorcism. A book about living with a demonic child. And a podcast."

The investigation is ongoing, and police are seeking help with locating Anderson. Authorities believe she's on the run in California.

Child's name is Cairo Ammar Jordan from Atlanta, Georgia. October 24th would have been his sixth birthday. He was never reported as a missing child.

WIll post news article when available.
I thought it (hopefully) sounded like they knew far more than they were letting on with what they weren't doing and asking for.

It goes to reason the mother (and probably the other woman) have been worried since he was found. I wonder if part of it was LE hoped to find the mother before announcing but haven't located her.

Lots of disturbing info of what the mother said about her son and alluded to doing.

Read the article, haven't watched the press conference yet.

According to court documents, police used technology to pull fingerprints from a trash bags the boy's body was found in along with the suitcase. The documents claim the fingerprints came back a match to Anderson.

13News learned Anderson was arrested in South Carolina on March 12, 2022 for child endangerment, speeding over 25 mph and failing to stop for officers. Police claimed the pursuit lasted for 30 minutes until Anderson ran out of gas. Coleman was in the car with her and police said Anderson told them Coleman was her sister.

13News has also learned, just about two weeks before the boy's body was found, Anderson was arrested in Louisville for shoplifting and assault. That incident happened March 31.

Court documents allege Anderson's Facebook page had pictures of Cairo and the images matched the autopsy photos of the boy. She also allegedly posted about needing to do an exorcism on her son to remove a "very powerful demonic force." She also allegedly made a post about telling her story in a book or podcast about living with a demonic child.

Days later, Anderson and Coleman's phones were pinged in Pekin, Indiana – not far from where Cairo's body was found. Additionally, surveillance video from a property owner shows Anderson's car stop on the road where the suitcase was found.

Police said Coleman's Facebook page showed her with the same suitcase that the boy's body was found.

On the same day the suitcase was discovered, video allegedly shows Anderson's car driving across the bridge from Indiana to Louisville.

Police discovered Anderson was the owner of a business called “Ashley Logistics Corporation” in Atlanta, Georgia. She was listed as the CEO and her 5-year-old son was listed as the secretary, according to court documents.

Investigators also learned Anderson had previous run-ins with the law, including an arrest on a child endangerment charge in South Carolina. She’d led police on a chase in March, going 92 mph in a 60-mph zone with Cairo in the car, according to court documents. Coleman was with them.

The March 12, 2022, chase ended when the Dodge Challenger Anderson was driving ran out of gas. Neither she nor Coleman would open the doors after the chase ended; police had to breach the back driver’s side window to get inside.

The incident landed Anderson in jail while Coleman and the child were taken to an area hotel and given information on how to contact Anderson.

Later in March, on the 31st, police in Louisville arrested Anderson outside a Von Maur store. Mall security stopped her after loss prevention caught her hiding clothes in a bag. She “became violent and punched” a security officer in the face, according to court documents.

From jail, Anderson called Coleman on two occasions.

<snip>
She reached out to an Indianapolis priest on Twitter on April 12, saying she needed to speak with him urgently because she’d survived an attack from her 5-year-old son.

“I have been able to weaken his powers through our blood,” she wrote. “I have his real name and he is 100 years old. Need assistance.”

Various photos posted on Anderson’s social media sites, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, showed photos of Cairo, police said. Photos from Coleman’s accounts showed pictures and videos of her with a Las Vegas suitcase matching the one in which Cairo’s body was later discovered.

It sounds like they knew or would have known very quickly with fingerprints who he likely was. Explains entirely no need to put his face out there while they did the rest. I'm glad that was their reason.

I wonder why she wasn't kept or arrested for longer the second time. And she endangered her son and I imagine was charged with obstructing an officer or something like that too as they wouldn't stop or get out after the chase and assault with regard to the shoplifting. How did she even make bond either time? If she had to shoplift one wouldn't think there was money.

2 days after his remains are publicly identified, Cairo Jordan’s name is etched on his grave stone

An anonymous grave in Salem, Indiana now bears the name of a young boy who died under disturbing circumstances.

The midday peace at Crown Hill Cemetery was broken by the growl of a generator and the hissing of a sand blaster, as Corey Churchman of Marshall Monuments etched the child’s name in marble.

“Who knows what he would’ve done or what he could’ve been or the man he would’ve grown up to be?” Churchman said. “That’s sad. That’s just sad.”

Well the only thing the mom did accidentally right was leave him in a town that is taking very good care of him and whose LE cared to find out who he was and seek justice. God will do the rest.

RIP Cairo.

Know personally you mean? Wow. Not sure what to say.

These kinds of thoughts and remarks remind me a bit or even a lot of Daybell/Vallow.
Yeah. I think she might be Wiccan, but don't quote me on that. I know she practices witchcraft in some form or another. She believes her and her daughter's spirits have been joined for several lifetimes and take turns being parent and child. Yes, I'm taken aback.
