FL CASSIE CARLI: Missing from Navarre Beach, FL - 27 March 2022 - Age 37 *Found Deceased*

FB_IMG_1648575784818.jpg

Investigators from multiple counties are looking into a missing persons case involving a Navarre woman, Cassi Carli, and her daughter, Saylor. Carli’s father reported them missing yesterday after they failed to show up as expected Sunday evening for a child custody exchange at Juana’s Pagodas. Sources close to the family say Carli’s car was located at Navarre Beach Boat Ramp, where investigators were on scene earlier this morning. Any information should be reported to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department via 850-983-1190.

Interview with Cassie's sis this am

She knew of him and Alabama as he kept/took Saylor there one other time. No one seems to indicate he has family there (but family in Brazil was mentioned) so I'm guessing it is or may be a girlfriend. Taking Saylor across state lines he likely figured would make it harder to get her back too. Just speculation on my part/guesses.

Extradition hearing. Sheriff predicted he wouldn't waive it and he didn't. He claims it is only until he knows his daughter is safe with the "people" she is with...

All this video contains is the hearing and it is short.

I don't know how this group got all of these, but this is an extremely comprehensive description of Cassie and Marcus' marital, domestic violence, divorce/ custody problems (with links to the documents).

That was a long read but I strongly recommend reading it. It was however chilling and sadly it reminds me of two cases close to him a LOT.

The parts about the courts and how they almost allow this use of them by abusers is true imo and it makes it far worse and one hopes and prays that court will one day hear the evidence when all this fake mud is shown... She did win well sort of in the end but at great cost and now she is dead.

I couldn't read this and have seen what I've seen in life without feeling these men and some of their attorneys get and learn this stuff somewhere. This is a thought I have and feel strongly and did even before this in recent years. I don't mean just an abuser or narcissistic type or a man who maybe learned it from a father and then does the same, I mean these legal games and life games, it is almost like there is some group or place they can access to learn these things... For lack of better words, maybe something that one could call "divorce, custody, your girlfriend leave you and you want revenge, here's how to win and what to do"...

There are so many similarities in so many cases... And it seems just rampant lately...

Maybe I'm not making sense but look at the things this man did and he found an attorney that did them for him...

This world sometimes I feel in some areas has slid far backwards and in fact maybe it never moved forward when it comes to women...

Cassie is another who has paid the ultimate price. This read is full of information and it seems to me they obtained most of it straight from all of the court filings with maybe just a bit at the beginning and here and there supplied by a family member or friend.

Again, I highly recommend reading it. Thanks for posting it.

I’m so glad that somebody knew about it and was able to give a tip.

Haven’t had a chance to look this over but I am planning on it.

Don’t worry she’s safe. She’s not with her “father”!
I was just going to post the following. It is short and to the point. She has the filings that look like they relate to Saylor. It looks like Cassie's family requested emergency placement with them and it was denied, however, I believe this was before his arrest slightly and now there is a hearing scheduled so let's pray... I imagine it is a process as he had rights (sadly) until they had proof to arrest him...

Also, there is an interesting Marcus video where he talks of wanting to take the GPS and Onstar units out of his(?) truck...

From today. Linda.

This guy really looks like a jerk. Just the way his mannerisms are and everything. When I look at him talking into the judge I feel like he’s thinking to himself “all of you don’t even understand what I’ve been through”. Yeah we understand, you didn’t get your way.

That's exactly how he comes across and strikes me too. Like he is chafing at the thought they think they can cuff him, charge him, control him, have any say in anything. He has to win and he didn't on the child support and court thing with her finally... So it ramped up, he was still going to win by harming her, probably terrorizing her I would not doubt one bit and killing her. I think he borderline has just enough, hardly, control to know to try to not say anything in court but I think it about killed him to answer the judge and try to come across as a normal human being. He managed it but you notice you never hear a "sir". NOT that you have to say sir, but it isn't uncommon or unwise to do that in court... He is answering what he has to and makes the attempt to use the child as the excuse for not waiving extradition.

The sheriff who also said he was a jerk and uncooperative also guessed he wouldn't waive extradition and he was right.

I seriously doubt there is any way he can see his daughter by staying in jail there or have any say or effect on her placement anyhow but he uses her as an excuse.

When one considers he was noncompliant, entirely not helpful during questioning or attempts to locate Cassie and a real jerk, we know or I think can assume in court he was likely seething and it was all he could do to contain his normal ways. If he saw that PC, he is furious with that sheriff who called him what he was, mentioned getting the needle and as much as predicted he would be an arse and refuse to waive extradition. And he did so he needed an excuse and used Saylor. His games aren't working and he hates being seen for what he is imo That long read above on Cassie's case gives a pretty clear picture of his type imo.

I can't entirely decide about his looking at his cuffs and all his movements but I think it was intentional is where I lean... A subtle or maybe not so subtle message...

People seem to think he was emotional when speaking of his daughter. Did you think so? I didn't see much real emotion imo...

I'm not sure about the choking up part. I'd have to go back and look at it again.

I'm not surprised you're not sure because that's really how unnoticeable it is. I didn't think he did and yet some said he did so I watched again and well, nah, I still can't tell... He gets a little something, maybe lowers his voice a bit and it quivers a bit..? I can't even say that, that's what I mean, I didn't see any major upset or concern probably watching it three times...

See what a jerk he is?

Okay, I watched it again and he does appear to change his emotion. Who knows what he's thinking?

No telling really. I didn't find it very notable did you? I mean he had his daughter and got to see her and now he's lost her for good. Pretty hard to believe he didn't know the consequences if he got caught... I'm not saying he expected to get caught at all or wouldn't have done it anyhow, but this seems planned and he can't be so stupid as to not know caught means prison can he? Or any of them? He didn't put his daughter first at all. So I don't buy the emotion...
