It appears they’re having difficulty with the jury instructions this morning. I believe it is a confusion of three levels of charges. Once a level is agreed upon, or not in the jury room, how to then proceed in their further deliberations.

Many verdicts are overturned because of jury instructions.

I have zero words for a prosecutor putting his finger on the trigger.

Technically, I guess that could be a way to interpret it, but I think it's obvious what this judge wants.

EXCLUSIVE: Prosecutors in Kenosha shooter trial WITHHELD high-definition video evidence from the defense that was 'at the center of their case' and initially shared a lower quality version of drone footage from the night of Kyle Rittenhouse shooting

  • Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger initially shared low quality drone footage from the night of the shooting with the defense
  • The defense claims Binger only shared the high-definition footage after evidence had closed on Saturday
  • According to a motion filed today by the defense, 'The problem is the prosecution gave the defense a compressed version of the video'
  • 'What that means is the video provided to the defense was not as clear as the video kept by the state,' the motion states
  • Lawyers for Rittenhouse filed their motion for mistrial with prejudice based on this and several other grounds

Prosecutors in the Kenosha shooter trial withheld evidence from the defense that was 'at the center of their case,' only sharing the high-definition drone video footage on which they have hung their prosecution after the trial had concluded, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger played the enhanced drone footage to the jury during his closing statements and claimed that it showed Rittenhouse 'pointing his gun' at people – an assertion that opened the door to the state claiming Rittenhouse provoked the violence of the night of August 25, 2020.

Now, in the motion obtained by DailyMail.com, Rittenhouse's defense insist that the state only shared it with the defense after evidence had closed on Saturday November 13.

This is one just one of the grounds on which they have made a motion for a mistrial with prejudice filed by Kyle Rittenhouse's defense Monday afternoon.

The thing is, if you watch what the media is saying surrounding this case, it creates anger among the people. I just can’t believe that money is so much more important than trying to create peace in the country. Unreal.

It depends who you watch. Court TV is doing a good job of looking at all sides of the case. If a news source was perfectly fair with it's coverage, about 90% would say it was slanted because it didn't support it's side enough.

There isn't enough there to make a clear decision for me. I think a mistrial without prejudice wouldn't be outrageous. The defense is asking for mistrial with prejudice and that's absurd, IMO.

To me, the problem is media has lost track of stating "just the facts" with no side eye or emotion. Emotion belongs on the opinion page. Or here in our posts lol.

I get what you're saying, but getting a what does it mean from an expert or better, experts, is vital I think in understanding the facts.

Experts can be biased or slanted in their opinions too, correct?
The media slanting is so bad that even locally I’ve been put in a bad light before. It was years ago when I was running for office (I did not get voted in) and I made a comment about something that I wanted to work on if I was elected and they made it sound like I was saying that the people there hadn’t been doing their job. That is not what I said at all! I just was talking about something different that I wanted to do. Had nothing to do with the job that had been done and it was really a drag because I live in a small area and I knew the people that were serving and I thought they were doing a great job. I wasn’t running against any of them, I was running against another person for an open seat. I had to call each and everyone of them and let them know that I had been misquoted.
