Hadn't heard that but I do have to say my mind went that way more than once. Recent marriage. The one pic it was clear there is an older boy or young man in it. Once I heard she was with family the mind turned that way for a few reasons but with me it would have been total speculation...

It was X, someone who identified themselves as a relative of hers. Why I said it was a rumor, I don't know who her relatives are. Of course, I can't remember the name. If I see it again, I'll link it.

"The Respondent has been advised through discussions with FBI investigators and her attorneys, that a criminal case may be initiated against one of the minor children of this instant action," the filing stated. "Any testimony the Respondent may give, either written or oral, could be prejudicial to her or her adolescent child in this pending criminal investigation, therefore the Respondent cannot be compelled to testify."

This is the description at the botton of one of those images.

The FBI is said to be mulling a potential 'criminal case' against a stepsibling of the high school cheerleader mysteriously found dead.

I know it's crazy but i am wondering if this was a game of hide and seek or something that went horribly wrong and she suffocated. It's a minor child mentioned.

Ok. Possible but it doesn't seem to match her death date/time as 11.17 a.m. unless he slept late that day. Or she was unconscious and subsequently died. I may have misremembered the time from her Fitbit watch too.

Definitely something weird but will await the FBI investigation.

i saw it reported by a few sources now although they do say it is unverified. it is supposedly an uncle. wrote a post and kind of blasted the stepmom and dad saying they know but have stayed silent. i don't know that there was a name attached, at least i never noticed one.

So not only was stepmom recently married to Anna's dad, she is embroiled in a custody dispute.

So here is yet another indication the stepbrother is involved in her death, probably a more reliable one as it was stated/filed in a court case involving custody.

She was allegedly beaten though, assaulted. Doesn't sound like a game to me. i can't read the filing though, did you see something in that to lead you to believe such?

I take it that the time of death was simply reported from the time the maid found her.
