I think they are talking about this time, their car broke down in another state and they were also traveling it seemed with a truck driver, they weren't only in the state they were found in this time, they'd been a lot further away in the time missing. It is above somewhere.

So she claims she had nowhere to go? That she was "kicked out" ?
so it sounds the defense claims, can see where that is going. and that she called him. doesn't excuse a grown man having sex with an underaged girl even if true although she well could have been willing, still wrong.

Arraignment pushed back for man accused of abducting Beaver Dam teen

Arraignment for the man accused of abducting a pregnant Beaver Dam teenager was pushed back by two weeks, online court records show Wednesday.

Gary Day was expected to be in court on Tuesday to make his plea in the abduction of Sophia Franklin. The hearing was rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. on June 17.

While I am sorry for all victims, this one ended up alive and was it seemed somewhat willing.

When I come back from a case like reading about the three little girls to see a two week delay on this one, it doesn't seem like huge news. At least it wasn't pushed out months.

I hope she's learned a lesson and is getting some help to teach adult lessons to her. I trust and hope so far he will get what he has coming to him.

I hope she and her family get the RIGHT kind of help for their situation..... For now we know she is safe, can receive proper prenatal care for her baby and proper nutrition and hopefully comfort

I don’t think she has learned a thing. We all know she was at the courthouse at his last hearing.

I think it’s sad because she’s pregnant with his child and she’s going to have a link with him the rest of her life.
hopefully because he is a convicted pedo and with these charges..... not only will he hopefully be incarcerated for life..... if he isnt hopefully a court will prevent him from being around her or the baby.... AND hopefully she WONT take off with him and the baby

Yes so long as she is somewhat compliant, stays at home and so on.

Any case where the victim is found alive is a good outcome imo. I just think she's got a road ahead of her and she needs to face it and deal with it. Then there are trials, etc. coming with him that she likely be called as a witness for. And the baby is going to be a reality and he is the father.

Yeah to my knowledge she has never come back with her seeking to either. Not sure if I knew she was there at the hearing, do you mean without accompanying her parents to like see to it he stays in jail? She went for him?

If he gets put away for say 30 to 40 years or however long, the child maybe will be able to be raised without him a part of its life. However yes there will always be that tie. Any parent like many of us knows that very well.

I think they are aiming to keep him in jail, and then get him imprisoned for as long as possible. Let's hope it works out that way.

If she doesn't start getting a clue, I think she will leave at 18 if not before. She doesn't have a clue though of trying to like work and support a baby or putting a roof over her own head, much less providing for a baby.

Time will tell i guess, not that we will necessarily hear about it.
