Wexford County Sheriff's Office seeks help in finding missing pregnant woman
The Wexford County Sheriff's Office is seeking public assistance in locating Rebecca Kay Park, who is approximately 38 weeks pregnant.

Wexford Co. Sheriff: Missing pregnant woman's phone found; last seen entering dark vehicle
The Wexford County Sheriff's Office is continuing to investigate the disappearance of 22-year-old Rebecca Park, who is reported missing and possibly endangered.

Park, who is approximately 38 weeks pregnant, was last seen willingly getting into the passenger side of a dark-colored vehicle on Monday night around 11:30 p.m. outside a relative's home on South 21 1/2 Road.

She had arranged to be picked up but did not disclose to the witness who would be picking her up, the sheriffs office said.

Deputies said her cellphone was later discovered on a two-track near the location where she was last seen.

What would their PURPOSE be in separating Rebecca and baby? To make it look like someone killed her for the child?
I don't think they necessarily killed her for the baby but once they hit her on the head and she had the seizure, maybe they then tried to get the baby out alive but killed it in the process. These people seem to be idiots. I guess meth causes that behaviour.

I am also giving them too much leeway because the charges seem to indicate they intended to cause the miscarriage.

Count 6: Committed offensive conspiracy to commit assault from an individual intentionally causing miscarriage or still birth.

I am giving them too much compassion. Maybe Brad was the father of the baby so they killed them both, as he didn't want it born to be stuck with child support.

I don't believe labour can happen if the mother is unconscious or has a seizure. You have to be physically conscious and with it to do the pushing IMO.

This is one of the most gruesome murder cases I have ever heard, I believe.
Nope. When my mom had my sister, she said it was the norm to anesthetize the mom in labor. All my aunts were too.

Painkillers yes (pethedine?) and gas and air but the mother cannot be unconscious. That's why the gas and air is restricted by the hand holding the mask falling away and releasing the mask. Unless they have to perform surgery like a caesarean. Did your mom and aunts have caesarian section births?

This article explains the current options and most of these have been around a long time. (At least 50 years since i had my kids.)

That's my guess or it did send her into labor and then .... who knows.
So I texted someone who went to school to be a maternity ward nurse, then changed to a different nursing specialization after graduating, but still works in the ER frequently.

I asked her if a woman who has been knocked out could go into labor? (Told her it's a crime case).
Answer: "Totally. Sometimes it's the body's defense mechanism."

Yet animals often give birth after being taken down. Unconscious. Humans can too.

They all had vaginal births. I was born c section and she only got an epidural for that. She was but happy about that.

Can we please keep in mind that for an unconscious woman to give birth is a very rare event? You know why they used forceps, right?

Rebecca was killed and cut open for the baby, which they managed to kill.

It is very rare, but very rare means it does happen, right?

I think the bf and her sister, that is now with the bf, did NOT want the baby and killed it too.

I'm pretty sure that they did cut it out but the way it's worded is what makes me not convinced of that. It talks about the hit in the head inducing labor.

They used forceps on Rebecca or are you talking generally?

My pregnancies were 50 years ago but i don't think a lot has changed based on reading the NHS link I posted.

God knows what Rebecca went thru but it seems she was rendered unconscious by a blow to the head that caused a seizure. She was then killed or died from the seizure and the baby removed, location and condition unknown at present.

May she and her baby RIP. She was only 22.

I don't think it has been confirmed the baby is dead though, has it?

Well, it's perfectly within your right to have whatever opinion you want. :)

Generally speaking. My former mother in law gave birth under the effects of "twilight" and all her kids had forceps births.
