A Manhattan man kidnapped his ex-girlfriend’s 3-year-old boy after an argument — and now cops are looking for him and the tot, police said.
Smith, 20, was with Majesty at McCaffrey Playground on W. 43rd St. around 5 p.m. Thursday when he got into a spat with the boy’s mother over the phone, cops said.
“I’m not returning the kid back,” Smith said before taking off with the tot, sources said.
The couple broke up a few months ago but Smith had taken the child to play, according to sources. He is not Majesty’s biological father.
