On Charley it is stated Linda was a chronic runaway and a missing persons report was not issued until 2004. It does not state who filed the report.

I think she disappeared to early to be a Ridgeway victim unless she was doing it for about 4 yrs. He does have some unidentified victims. But I do think it's a strong possibility she was a victim of murder and may be a UID somewhere.
