She wrapped IT up and disposed of IT.

I've realized over the years that I could easily become a very violent person if allowed near these "parents" and "caregivers".
It is clear imo they can get her for lying (obstruction) and probably tampering or desecration of a human body/remains... I imagine that is being considered but that the goal first is to see if they can find him and determine cause of death and that's IF she told the truth about where she put him.

The entire disposal and lies sicken and enrage me but I do think intentional killing or abuse would be hard to prove without finding him, based on the little said so far.

Praying they find him.

OT. Another one. I'm literally nauseated.

I saw a headline about this on a YT video yesterday but never got a chance to watch it. PC this morning it says. The one you shared here of course I went in knowing he was arrested by the headline so could have had bias, but I found him not distraught at all, I cannot decide on the mother, whether she knows, perhaps in her gut suspected or what... She seems upset and does have a two year old...

It did not take long for his arrest, pretty quickly proven his story is false would be my guess...

This! Thank you! Her demeanor while speaking about the "incident" was disturbing.
She struck me wrong too. So we have one (fairly rare) that gives an admission and comes "clean" but there is a good chance, she felt she would be caught/knew her story did not add up so the story minimizes what really happened and is made to be an "accident" and panic. They say though they really need his remains to disprove or determine anything. If they arrest her on the smaller type of charge, she would likely lawyer up and that would be the end of getting anything further.

MPD arrest mother for death of missing 2-month-old child

Police stated that they have not yet found Kyon’s remains, but they have identified the suspect as 37-year-old Ladonia Boggs and charged her with felony murder. They said that this disappearance was domestic.

Good for them. Hopefully, IT stays in jail forever.

That is a big charge considering she claims she rolled over on him or something on that order. They must have something for evidence even without his remains. I did not know her age, she is older than I would have guessed.

DC mother charged with baby's murder released from jail

The D.C. mother arrested for murder and tampering with evidence following the disappearance of her two-month-old son was released from jail after a Saturday arraignment hearing.

Court information online shows 38-year-old Ladonia Boggs as being released without bond to D.C.’s Pretrial Services Agency.

A Pretrial Services Agency (PSA) spokesperson for the District of Columbia told FOX 5 on Sunday that Boggs was directed to immediately verify her address with PSA, stay away from minors under the age of 18 unless there’s adult supervision, and that GPS monitoring was not a condition of her release.

New court documents released with Saturday’s arraignment hearing say Boggs gave conflicting accounts of what happened to both Kyon Jones’ father and police.

The mother first told the infant’s father around May 5th that Kyon would be gone "for a long time" because DC Child and Family Services (CPS) took him. Court documents say the father reached-out to the agency trying to confirm this.

Investigators also noted that at one point, Boggs told detectives she did not want her baby because of what she and the child’s father were going through.

On Saturday, May 8th, police say the Northeast DC mother called detectives to speak with them once more and admitted to sleeping in a bed with her son, and with the child "between her and a wall."

Boggs also said she woke withher stomach on top of her child, Kyon.

Boggs told investigators she found Kyon unresponsive and in another interview, said she panicked.

The Northeast mother admitted to disposing the baby in a dumpster. Court documents also say Boggs admitted to being under the influence of PCP and hallucinations at the time.

Wait! What? Without bond? Only because she will return to the scene of the crime and they know it...
