Karen Read accused of backing into boyfriend and leaving him to die *NOT GUILTY* (Guilty of OUI) (6 Viewers)

This woman didn't do this. I'd be willing to bet that someone in the house did it. Someone in the house looked up "How long will it take for somebody to die in the cold." Karen couldn't have done that search.

Is there a cover up conspiracy?

I didn't watch that but if he's referencing butt dials, then that episode must be from the first trial because none of that meaningless bs was in the retrial.

In an interview, she said she "was expecting to find him there...was looking to find him on the side of the road" and spoke of the "anticipation that was awaiting" her.
She's also said she'd find him "where (she) left him".
But yeah, she knew where he was and that he'd been there all that time and so obviously, apart from injury, there'd also be hypothermia.

I think they just didn't think they had enough, although they do have surveillance video showing her vehicle headed in the direction of Fairview before she went to Jennifer's.

You know, not sure but I think he went into all. He did a short first saying he had fallen into it all and would be coming out with a video. Unfortunately I haven't been able to watch it all yet. I know him from Delphi. Plenty begged him to take this one on and he didn't want to at the time. And he's not a crime person at all, I think this would be like his third over years.. He mostly does other things.

Another thing I like about him is his videos may look long but he does all the case stuff first and all questions last so one always knows that. First is the case stuff, then one can quit if they like and don't want to hear all the back and forth. He was one of the only sane ones out there during Delphi. There were a few but I relied on him. He kept up on all filings and always covered them all. He has an amazing lack of bias unlike many. He also attended that trial, more than many can say. Saw firsthand.

So not sure of the answer but again I suspect the covers all/both trials or will. It is how he is. You don't have to watch.

Know all that part. Some try to ignore it or claim it not true.

To me she knew from the minute she left. And it was intentional. She is an angry shrew who acts on impulse without thinking. She went to his home imo both due to condition and to perhaps try to sober up which she likely did not manage very successfully while trying to figure out what to do. She perhaps hoped at some point she didn't hit him enough to kill him. She called him, more alibi. Had the niece make a call or two. Probably knew to call bore closer to daytime that time of year she'd have to wait and most had had a late night. She of course did not call 911, she was trying to use who might be able to help her out who were not even her good friends. HIS friends. There is so much. The minute it got really serious, mum and daddy come swooping in, protecting her.

All of it. She wasn't worried about his kids being home alone. She was worried for self.

Who acts like that if they are just jealous? Gets in like a mental thing, goes crazy. She knew.

And the other story came later. And she turned on the very people SHE called or had called who helped her.

SO much and that's just the initial part.

And of course she knew right where he was as she knew where it happened or he'd never have been seen or found that quickly.

Brennan said in his closing to the women she called that morning were hardly friends but roused themselves to help her and then later she and he D turned it on them. They helped her out of goodness and concern for John, etc. She and her team absolutely disgust me and always will. You are right, all they offered was HELP. They were CALLED. I've never seen anything so SICK in my life. Trying to destroy others who only helped when you know what YOU did.

Also people don't know what the D does not bring or find out as to when it does not benefit them.

It truly touched on how ridiculous the alternative theory was and nuts that anyone would ever believe it.

Had them in the vid too, Jackson going to get home to his wife anytime soon? That must be a very different marriage. Maybe she just spends the money that comes in and cares less if he is ever there.

I have not mentioned it but I saw an odd look from Jackson at a juror or the jurors on what I think was the final day. I'll leave that at that. No one really mentioned it so not sure if really picked up on so I left it.

I hope what happens is what usually does. Supporters generally go on to the next big attn grabbing thing. I hope though some feel she owes them and are their friends.... She's not as I think we know. Talk about being used.

I know Brian Albert had only met Read and John once, in a bar (where else?) a week or two before and as I've mentioned before, Higgins was just getting to know Read and John.
Did you know that Brian Albert and Higgins had just returned earlier that day from NY where they'd attended a memorial service for an officer killed in the line of duty?
Yeah, I can't speak to any conspiracy theories surrounding John's death; I have no words. I'm speechless!
But I do question the US Attn and FBI's involvement with this case because I think it's very sketchy that they were involved at all.

Tresir, in case you don't know, I want to clarify why I said " before showing up at Jennifer's" and elaborate.
When Read last spoke to Kerry, she'd already left John's and Kerry was expecting her to come to her house so she could drive but instead of going to Kerry's, Read showed up at Jennifer's over 20 minutes later, and rather than go to door, she was out in front of Jennifer's house, screaming Jennifer's name over and over.

Btw, there's a vm to John from Read at 5: 23am (I think it was)- all she said was "John" and I can hear it in her voice that she either knew or feared he was dead.
Now, she'd already told Kerry that John was dead but I don't think she actually knew when she told her that, just that she knew it was likely.

Boy, I am surprised this came from Court TV but many a statement says it all.

I'll point out one, that Brazilian juror and I thought so too, seemed to know what the rhetoric was and perhaps even the former trial and that's just wrong. I've suspected this since some of the questions from this jury.

And justice cannot GO ON like this and people who jump on board with it are plain wrong imo.

Tainted jury, yah, saw signs of that as I said.

All of their views on it were stellar.

And as she said Brennan proved this case and BEYOND, of course no one watching would know that.

People maybe should watch out if the want to follow crime and still have news on those crimes. As things like this are very apt to destroy such.

Yeah, Kerry told Read to stop driving. She finally said come over and she'd drive because not only was Read acting like a crazy person, she said she'd drank so much she didn't remember anything and Kerry didn't want her driving in that condition. Kerry's husband didn't want her to go out in the weather, period, especially with a broken taillight and so that's why Kerry took her vehicle.
Btw, when Kerry saw the taillight, she said it was filled with snow and the reason I mention that is because when that officer testified that the photo from the sallyport wasn't how he saw it, when he was shown the dashcam photo, he agreed it was consistent with what he saw. LMAO!

No i pretty much got it from the evidence of the phone under his body dropping in temperature. He was probably unconscious from the head injury.

I bet she deleted texts from her phone. He certainly didnt respond to anything anyway.
