This woman didn't do this. I'd be willing to bet that someone in the house did it. Someone in the house looked up "How long will it take for somebody to die in the cold." Karen couldn't have done that search.

Is there a cover up conspiracy?

We have two words for two different things. LOL. We use curb for curbing behaviour for example, and kerb for the edge of a road or pavement.

For one thing they arent being harassed as much by Turtle Boy for instance. Not sure how protected from the idiots of the nation fan club but maybe better this time around.

I've been prepped for far less serious trial. There isn't a thing wrong with it by our law @Cousin Dupree and I know you know that. Another thing, when things are fresh and hurt and you name it of COURSE you talk to others. Of course you try to get your thoughts and memories in a row and so on. Been there, done that.

I'm sure there was concern most were drinking and so on, said it a million times probably.

Not talking at anyone, just my thoughts.

I have a prediction but figure since haven't been totally up on the last couple of days I'll wait. And could be wrong of course.

I do know this trial isn't going to be quite like the last. Brennan is good. Rachel Smith was good in Daybell.

And for anyone who thinks the judge is unfair, she allowed the dog bite expert for the defense, did not sanction them on their lies about the experts and left them on the team and so on.

There is a victim here but I have to laugh a bit watching a chat or too yesterday.

The D story, and KR's story is ridiculous. I'm sorry but that's how I see it.

If she gets off which I'm not sure she will this time, I hope she gets stuck with Turtle Boy :D

LMAO LMAO, I am not up to reading many links these days but made a point on this one to do so.

My eldest sister and I held very similar jobs most of our life and I had some good talks with her this week. I make typos here, I don't care any longer overboard but I always had jobs that it was a very big deal. We are BOTH the type that notice something not spelled right in a headline etc. LMAO Not necessarily just British English to American English just people that don't take care, edit and triple check everything these days. Man lol we had good conversations, overdue, knew we were a lot alike but she was telling me she wrote someone, OMG, dying chuckling, need a moment...

Oh my. A moment. Anyhow over something, she is retired now lol, lol and she wrote some letter to them lol.... Something on the order of how could she trust them to provide this or that when they can't even spell? LMAO

I notice it ALL the time in headlines and news and she is the same way.

I've relaxed as I don't work in a job any longer that it is a big deal about spelling but I did for most of my life. I won spelling contests in school, you name it, but I've relaxed now about just getting things right necessarily like on here. LOL.

I'm laughing out loud but yes, international incidents LOL. It's one reason I don't do news (there are a few reasons).

I get mad in cases where the initial news is wrong and it matters, some child missing or this or that. When you work in a job it matters, you make sure you do it right. She and I worked most of our lives in jobs it very much mattered in.

We also talked about med terminology versus legal. LOL. Man we had some good talks. She chuckled, I chuckled many a time. I think both very much needed. Talked about how we both know about Latin in legal.

They have 20mph zones at schools because being hit at 20mph is not usually serious unless actually run over by a vehicle. The ones killed in those zones is nearly 100% because people were speeding in that zone, going much more than 20mph.. This is not hard to understand why 20mph is in school zones.

Just so it's clear, I was talking about point of impact and what the location of the shoe indicates as to where that occurred.
Btw, I've always found it remarkable, indeed, very telling that it was the right shoe being that it correlates with the fact that most all of the injuries were on the right side of his body.

Only in the US. The rest of the english speaking world say KERB.

Anyway, to be on topic I am posting at what speeds being hit by a vehicle is fatal. Now, as we know JO died of hypothermia as well as blunt force trauma so he could have been saved if she knew what had happened. Her judgement was severely impaired by alcohol and anger.

Read the AAA and other links I have posted. Being hit at 25 mph has a 25% chance of serious injury and more if being hit by an SUV. The impact itself and being thrown in the air or over the vehicle is usually what causes the injuries.

Yeah so she backed into him at 24mph and hit him with the right rear corner of her car as he was walking to or on the driveway and so it would have been his right side that took the impact and then he would have been tossed up in the air with the head injury occurring based on where he landed eg. Hitting the kerb or the fire hydrant or other hard surface. IMO. Probably lay unconscious and then hypothermia sped up his death IMO. Did they have an accident reconstruction specialist at the first trial?
