It is very much like the stupid O thing in Delphi. I'm sorry and dont want to argue with others out there, but come on, they have to make up this and then that and later on to try to come up with a defense and it's very obvious but some fall for it. Not trying to insult anyone that does but not me. It came later, and just as you are pointing out it doesn't work. She is so obvious to us but hope she is to the jury too. Are they going to stick with he went in the house, got beaten up and attacked by a dog then taken out and dumped by the fire hydrant and covered with snow while his phone stayed in the same place recording his dropping body temperature for 5 hours?
There was never a reason to search the home.anything. a boston cop in his 40's on the ground injured and unknown cause..... just start looking..... but as @Guess Who said Proctor being in charge..... total problem.... SEARCH THE HOUSE IMMEDIATELY! THERE WAS A GATHERING IN THERE!!! dummy..... perimeter of the property IN ITS ENTIRETY..... inept is right!
I've never argued with that part. I think she did it but I think they were all people out partying, in power, LE, you name it, drinking, etc. But a bad "cop" doesn't make for an innocent defendant.anything. a boston cop in his 40's on the ground injured and unknown cause..... just start looking..... but as @Guess Who said Proctor being in charge..... total problem.... LOL we need some lightness in this thread and others at times but heck it's active anyhow.now that i think of it my moms female cat Hela has been scratching more than usual hahaha.... the male which is like having an indoor lazy but kitten like black panther lounging around watching the trial hahaha
I have my own theory not like that... I think the dog perhaps of course was let out, dogs need to be let out no? I mean they don't have litter boxes like cats... Just some food for thought... Dog attack or maybe even try to save... I have more but I will save it for another time..honestly being a K9 person that's what gets me the most about John's injuries is from all the dog bites and maulings I've experienced and seen.... thats what his arm looks like to me.... plus he looks beat up..... what if she did hit him BUT only minor injured him....he's drunk she's drunk.... she leaves he goes in the house PISSED and then after being in there his mood contributes to something goes south all hell breaks lose guys and dog involved in fight but they didnt mean to kill him....
just a thought outside the box.....sort of
Yeah there was no one knew how he ended up there. A look around the home and yard was warrantedThere was never a reason to search the home.
Very possible if he was in a weak state. Could he have yelled out startled the dog causing it to run over and attackI have my own theory not like that... Yeah, I think also dog could have instinctively even tried to save, pull him--or attack of course... One or the other. I mean did no one let the dog out ever with people in and out and dogs need to pee for goodness sakes. So even IF a dog bite, it sure doesn't mean the D story is right and again, jmo, I think it ridiculous. And as always, no one has to agree with me.Very possible if he was in a weak state. Could he have yelled out startled the dog causing it to run over and attack
Karen was telling anyone who listened that she hit him with her car. Why would they look in the house when the evidence said he never made it to the house. Why would Jen McCabe go on a wild goose chase if she had seen him come in the house? She saw the car and looked for him coming in (evidence from the texts and her testimony) but he never did. And she was there for 2 hours after that. Then she got a call a few hours later from Karen saying he hadn't come home and did she hit him. When they get to the house, Karen then runs straight to where JO lay when neither of the other two saw anything.Yeah there was no one knew how he ended up there. A look around the home and yard was warranted
I just think it's very realistic to think the dog had to go out sometime that night or more than once. Everyone is partying or most and probably all. I don't see the dog on a leash and walked to pee for some reason. Just my thoughts.Very possible if he was in a weak state. Could he have yelled out startled the dog causing it to run over and attack
I guess it could have had a kennel in the garage. Guess we will have to see if they mention the dog this time.Yeah, I think also dog could have instinctively even tried to save, pull him--or attack of course... One or the other. making those statements because she is bat sh8t crazy lolKaren was telling anyone who listened that she hit him with her car. Yep she hit him, she said it to more than one person and supposedly they are ALL corrupt? I just don't get how people can believe that.Karen was telling anyone who listened that she hit him with her car. Well since I watched the pretrial things, pretty sure the dog bite expert for the D was allowed so something will come up re the dog, not sure what all.I guess it could have had a kennel in the garage. Guess we will have to see if they mention the dog this time.
I have seen no evidence he got past the kerb where they found one of his shoes.honestly being a K9 person that's what gets me the most about John's injuries is from all the dog bites and maulings I've experienced and seen.... thats what his arm looks like to me.... plus he looks beat up..... what if she did hit him BUT only minor injured him....he's drunk she's drunk.... she leaves he goes in the house PISSED and then after being in there his mood contributes to something goes south all hell breaks lose guys and dog involved in fight but they didnt mean to kill him....

Well if it was kenneled in garage, then I guess it couldn't attack him in house either.I guess it could have had a kennel in the garage. Guess we will have to see if they mention the dog this time.
can't argue with that lol.making those statements because she is bat sh8t crazy lol
that toocan't argue with that lol.
I'd more say tons of consciousness of guilt....
