Oh yes, with that I entirely agree and it was a total ambush, something Brennan has said. This one is entirely different, thank goodness. I can't believe jurors even fell for such. Some.

This one is so much more dialed in and prepared for I'd say.

Turtleboy must be grieving. Her fans though can't accept facts, that is the same.

The entire overblown thing sickens me. She sickens me. And imo both she and the D look stupider all of the time. I don't agree with defendants allowed to stay home and not attend, but in her case I think honestly it would be best for her with some major tape over her mouth and her fingers off a keyboard.

You know, this is your pet case but no offense, I think I've watched more of it and pretrial hearings than you. The actual stuff, not out of context. I of course can't in all cases, none of us can. It's far different though than watching recaps and sometimes I also have to depend on such.

This is a far different trial than the first. Brennan has done his job and they are leading, even after the D's first witness.

I think they may be able to get other LE to testify without using him. It would just be inviting the D to ask " when were you a detective at Canton PD?". "Why did you leave" etc, etc.

ETA as the P have rested they clearly are not going to call him, so that's settled. I wonder if the D will call him?

That family has dealt with a lot and having to sit that close and watch her behavior, I think I'd have to leave the courtroom at times. STRONG people.

Yes, that's how I feel about her. I don't even go after looks but that weak chin and cheeks drive me crazy. But MOSTLY her behavior. She does disgust me as badly as Daybell. Her act as if she is an atty herself drives me up the wall. I'm sick of hearing out of her yap same as Daybell too. The woman can't shut UP but she's chicken sh*t to take the stand, she just tries to change opinions going on TV. So DUMB.
 
There may be a long way to go, no idea how many witnesses off their list the D will put up but so far they are losing their arse imo and in fact, I have no idea what they are doing. The P is winning with the D witnesses.

They aren't coming across good at all. Jackson is coming across very dislikable. Defense is getting nowhere but the P is even with the D witnesses. Their antics aren't working and in fact they barely get anywhere with them.

Again, this is an enitrely different trial.
 
I'm tired of this lady's hemming and hawing. After a bit of initial humor I got from the defense's lack of doing much with not voluntary witnesses, I'm bored with her and find her offering nothing nearly enough to counter a thing. She is actually calmer with the P than the D, I find that interesting but that's about it.

ETA Daybell didn't last long. She was in a wheelchair and was sick and crying so the jury selection is now postponed till Wednesday, assuming she is better by then.

Smh. Colby was up with Nate's video so I kind of got a double in by watching one. Or am going to get I should say as I haven't watched it all yet.
 
The main witness today I found very dull and not very polished for an expert. I do not like extremely polished ones either, don't get me wrong, She had experience but I think she perhaps sought this case out. She certainly isn't a "dog bite" expert as much as she represents as one and was getting it with prior things she said. If she stayed in her lane as an older person with a lot of experience, or a fair amount, I'd be okay with her but not doing this.

Even the good chats had nastiness going on. People trying to stuff their opinion down the throats of others.

Listened to most, read some chats, but never really felt very into it.

In my opinion through today, defense is losing big and they've now been up over a day. Jmo.
 
Imo the D is in real trouble here. A key witness in my opinion has been torn apart, oh she kept trying but imo was no help at all for the D. She didn't take into account tons of things and all sorts of things have yet again been pointed out today. She comes off imo as not very experienced and she doesn't come up with an opinion based on all facts. She had no idea of the car's movements and even said she didn't think the atty's even understood them (and I think she meant the D). Just tons of tings all day today again already. It lends to not being credible, al of it, imo.

They are losing it imo. What is it at least 2.5 days in now and basically no one has been helpful for them imo. The P is soooooo prepared.

Whether they show it or not, imo, KR and the D have to be nervous at this point. It was also well pointed out that no one ever mentioned a dog in this case and many other things have been brought up too by the P. The D can only really ambush in a first trial.

Jmo of course.
 
People who have a lot of bias in this case and can't see anything with their blinders won't like this but it's more about how the sides are doing.

Let me say he was the other way in the other trial than he is in this one. He does not mince words here. He said flat out the prosecution sucked in the first one, and in this one the defense is flat out sucking.

Said this witness is a flat out embarassment and honestly she is. She wormed herself in, has never testified as some expert in other cases, and changes words to fit things. He said more than once GET HER OFF THE STAND DEFENSE but they didn't.

He's strong than I am about it and I feel pretty strong about it. He is a practicing defense atty but is very unbiased and doesn't go one way or the other, just brutal honestly.

They are totally flailing.

He also said which I have seen Brennan prepared for EVERYTHING he new would be attempted. HE has laid solid groundwork. Who knows how it will come out but if this jury truly knows nothing of this case, the D is in very hot water.

Another day of her flailing on the stand. She is NO expert. She's one of the worst I've seen ever. They are being sunk with every witness they've had up so far. I felll asleep during the ending hour or so but doubtful I missed much. I do think she finally stepped down. Thought I caught that not sure.

He also said people who can't see that are not being intellectually honest with selves. I agree. The fans of KR or the conspiracy are almost rabid and people we all see who don't do well they think are great. Say what?? Blinders. It's so far gone that way.

I saw a lot of people come to see RA as guilty at the Delphi trial, this is much the same for those actually listening to what they did not know, for those decided not attending, they stuck to their thoughts and bias.

Personally I don't think most on the one side even watch or listen when they are televised live, they just want to hold onto their thing.

Anyhow, it is the first one on this one on Scott's, then it goes to Daybell, it's short but very informed for anyone interested. Trying at least most days to put up some kind of recap. He's as fair as they come, always is.
