JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

That's actually one of the nicer terms I've heard for her lol.
The best term is actually calling her a serial killer, based on the FBI definition of 2 or more murders. She has now been convicted of 4. UK definition is 3 or more.

I think the LISK lawyer should quit talking about a case that has not been decided yet. But maybe he's looking to be hired in the future?

Oh, definitely an SK. Not the typical type, but still is one. I'm think of all the other nasty names for her though.

Not sure I am following your last comment. LISK atty to do with this case you mean?

Lori trying to keep out texts by Alex, the jeep/vehicle, etc. No surprise. A good recap of what happened and the 911 call and so on as well.

I knew Brandon's trial came fairly fast after Charles'. Still surprised though this quick, it is right around the corner.

Man will it be nice to have her out of sight and out of mind when over.

I love this judge. His responses to Lori's motions. He doesn't come down on her but tries to teach her without advising and gives her MORE than fair chances yet she complains and looks like a total fool.
One has to laugh at how badly she does not understand law and it is a real example for why not to represent yourself, however, I have to say some lawyers are not much better and she has advisory counsel so do they NOT advise her? Or does she not listen?

She looks so foolish. I've never seen a just so patient and take her seriously for the most part and give her chance after chance.

Does she even get how laughable she is?

I think she’s in it for the limelight, quite honestly. The limelight of her fellow prisoners, which is where she wants to be queen. Whatever. As long as once this trial is over, she fades away into the darkness, I’ll be happy.

When I saw her have the fit for recusal, I had a definite instant impression it was to impress other jailmates. Not sure if I ever mentioned it but I was astounded to hear some of Nate's viewers send her money and things. Say what??? He did not go on at length but these people may even think her guilty but still send her money or things as some good samaritan. Boy that sure is not me. I feel I'm a good samaritan but I don't help evil people or treat them. She has food, she has a roof. She has ways to communicate. She has more than just necessities.

You and me both agree on wanting her just gone into the bowels of prison and silent. I do worry some won't leave it or her alone, it has been their headline case for years on end.

Nate's in AZ already for Brandon's trial, I can't believe how fast this one came, time is just flying and so many trials on. I knew they were scheduled not too far apart but still can't believe it is that time already.

He is covering more filings by Lori, in this one mostly her fit about the judge, but she has filed a few other things he says he needs to take a look at yet. Something about one particular witness and I don't know what all.

He says Newspapers.com is sponsoring him for this trial and recommends checking them out. I have no idea if good or bad but he says good for crime and history.

Lol, the one guy said she's America's village idiot. LOL. Anyhow, Justin with some great guests.

I LOVE Rachel Smith and she stays so available to Nate and Justin with honest answers. Her comments are akways great and right on.

Worth watching.

So Lori has filed a ton, I think she gets upset the speedy trial thing hasn't worked for her while at the same time she tries to delay to cause issues. I like the village idiot remark. As Rachel says, THIS is going to be different, Brandon is alive to TESTIFY.

So heating up on this case jury selection right ahead. Read still going on but I don't truly care as I am pretty sure I don't have much interest in listen to D games and such, I might want to see cross though.

She is simply so dumb. I thought her a bit smarter until recently, just DUMB. Another one from Justin here with another judge's decision. Rachel Smith said earlier, think it was her, some defendants think 1/2 of the decisions should go their way. Really? That's stupid. They have to have merit as she keeps getting told and she doesn't seem to get it. She wants this judge off yet he has SO accommodated her, over and above, even when late and more. Yet she asks for this? I guess this happened quickly earlier. This judge also makes it clear these things are not evidence of bias also.

Boy, is she a PIA. I was going to say she is like a first law student going up against a very experienced judge. But that's too fair to her. It's more like someone who had some one month course in high school. We all understand more than Lori gets. Easily.

They are going out of their way imo to ensure nothing is appealable here. Lori did not want an atty. and she wanted a speedy trial and she does not understand sh*t. OMG I think this is the third thing today with her.

She is ridiculously fired up in this one. Judge comes down on her yet again for her interrupting him when he doesn't interrupt her. Man is this one something again...

I can't believe he keeps his patience, she wants to send him over. There are funny moments though, as she is absolutely so over the top and dumb.

This starts Monday if I have it right with opening statements if they seat a jury this week.

The above one was interesting. All of them today were fairly short but interesting.

She's having such a fit over a last trial when it isn't even murder and yet she's been convicted of all the charged murders. Go figure.

Nate has one out now too after "explosive court hearing" but I'm done linking. Been enough.

This just doesn't comandeer her so much as showing her she is NOT a polite human being lol. I love that. He points out he does not interrupt HER. But she does HIM.
