Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events
  • April 3, 2018 - Tylee Ryan's father, Joseph Ryan, dies. Death ruled heart attack.
  • December 2018 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow make first appearance on Preparing a People podcast.
  • February 2019 - Charles Vallow files for divorce from Lori, claiming she viewed herself as a god preparing for the second coming, and she would kill him if he got in her way.
  • February - April 2019 - Lori disappears for nearly two months, leaving her children with others.
  • June 2019 - Lori's niece demands a divorce from her husband, who says she shares similar beliefs to her aunt.
  • July 11, 2019 - Charles Vallow shot and killed by Lori's brother Alex Cox. Shooting initially ruled self-defense.
  • August 2019 - Lori moves to Rexburg, Idaho with kids
  • September 3, 2019 - Joshua "JJ" Vallow enrolled in school
  • September 23, 2019 - JJ last attended school
  • September 24, 2019 - Lori unenrolls JJ from school, saying she would be homeschooling him.
  • September 2019 - Tylee also seen in September, but it's unclear when and where (she had graduated early)
  • October 2, 2019 - Lori's niece's ex-husband was shot at, missing his head by inches. Shooter was driving a vehicle registered to Charles Vallow.
  • October 9, 2019 - Tammy Daybell, Chad's wife, called 911 and said a masked man shot at her with a paintball gun.
  • October 19, 2019 - Tammy Daybell dies, death is ruled natural
  • October 25, 2019 - Tylee, or someone using her phone, texts a friend
  • Late October / Early November 2019 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow get married
  • November 26, 2019 - Welfare check requested for JJ at the request of extended family - police are told he is in Arizona with family, but he is not
  • November 27, 2019 - Police return to serve a search warrant, finding the Daybell's gone
  • December 12, 2019 - Lori's brother, who had shot her ex-husband, dies mysteriously in Arizona
  • December 20, 2019 - Search for JJ and Tylee goes public
  • December 30, 2019 - LE says Lori knows where her children are but will not cooperate
  • January 25, 2020 - Chad & Lori are located in Hawaii, served with a notice that she must produce the children within 5 days
  • January 30, 2020 - Lori fails to produce JJ and Tylee

If you feel as most of us do about Lori, and know about the green enchiladas and such which I am sure you do, it is a short one and it will really make you chuckle, the entire thing. Imo. Believe me I get it, I am doing few links lately but a chuckle is good and then I almost quit after the song but they went on to make cracks and laugh. I think it's something all should hear, it sure made me laught out loud.
 
I just watched what they call a YT short about I think most will recall when Lori was on a podcast talking about Joe. She says in it telling the watchers her thing and how she was going to kill him for all he'd done to her and her children. Well she also mentions Nephi in the next sentence there too. Briefly. I only mention it because I don't that that would have had the significance to us when we heard that then as it does now since the Nephi thing was a big part of this case. I don't even recall that part quite honestly, or didn't.

You know I've always wavered on whether she killed Joe. I could believe it always but just for some various reasons. He had like a triple lock on his door for one so access for one. Although that also indicates some fear from someone.

The thing that stands out to me is she seemingly had these beliefs about killing and Nephie before she apparently met Chad (allegedly)--I've never been sure I believed their actual meeting date. And intents to murder...

Reason 2 is that Alex and Tylee's statement were not available in the trial.

Reason 3 is a discovery violation.

Reason 4 is a witness statement discrepancy.

Reason 5 is the judge struck her witnesses Eaton and Boudreux and also how he struck some religious testimony.

This new video below is Nate summarizing Treena's response to Lori's appeal. There is a hearing about it on the 14th (tomorrow) apparently but it will not be shown live, but there will be a delay, Nate says.

 
Well true to form Lori was quite "it" in this hearing too. Plenty of feeds out there. She went at the judge asked him to recuse himself and went on and on, one has to give that man credit, he stays calm. She's a bimbo and doesn't even know it lol. She went on about him being biased against her when he's cut her a LOT of breaks, then went on about granting none of her motions and he said he just did lol. Kept saying it and he told her if she filed any that had a legal basis, he rules by the law. She was having a bit of a snit fit. She doesn't even get she is out of her depth and just can't admit it.
 
i saw just a little snippet of footage today of Lori arguing with the judge that potential jurors could just google her....... all i can say is what a POS.... she is the prime example of being a POS..... there i said it for all of us she is a POS!

Yeah, they were using basically the same questionnaire as last time or going to for the jury and she started making an issue that her name was on it. Of course she was convinced if her name was on it that people would google her. Argued a bit at length about it. He is trying to patiently explain to her they have to find that out and if not then, do they say it when jurors come in, wasting all that time and losing jurors then and so on and so on? And that they have to give her name--and then if when they come in, possibly the entire jury pool in the room could end up tainted. He has patience, no doubt.

Then she starts in on him to recuse himself when this judge has bent over backwards and given her a LOT of leniency. She's such an idiot. And yes a POS.
 
court tv was making fun of her this morning.... julie grant, an atty i forget his name AND michael j brown rex huermann's atty was the other..... i was dying here laughing barely awake not even coffee yet and i was laughing then im like wait is that seriously LISKs lawyer making fun of dumbell??? it is!!!! LOL

You know we know she likely does his for her own attention but I got that distinct impression and not only that she listened to jailhouse advice but was out to impress her fellow jailhouse buddies. Or like "cred" as they call it when she finally gets to prison. She seemed so on the attack, flippant and clueless but not convinced she is that clueless.... Not sure, her last time to have attn perhaps, and now that she has another conviction, she truly does not care perhaps...? However then again, I can believe her to be that clueless in some ways... Just simply told her he rules by the law and most of her motions had no real legal basis lol.

The ones that like the limelight are usually talking heads on TV imo lol.

Yeah Lori is something to watch, always a show it seems. She wanted Court TV kept out of the courtroom if you recall. She likes attn but they weren't portraying her the right way I guess. GIGGLE.

I only wish she could have been in prison near enough to transport to these trials but alas, different states and all. She's hardly had a taste of it yet unfortunately. Yet I want to see her tried for these two.

So I'm not so sure she's any queen there yet. It would be great if someone far superior to her manipulation and who has been there far longer is queen over HER. Lol, imo.

Here's a video from Profiling Evil that covers her asking the judge to recuse herself because of all her motions being denied. She wanted Melanie Gibb and Zulema Pastenes as witnesses but it was denied, apparently. She was mad LOL.

I think he left Melanie and Zulema open which was more than being fair to her s it easily could have been denied.
