Circumstances of Disappearance: Joseph Spisak was last seen in the 7000 block of McCook Avenue in Hammond, Indiana after delivering his newspapers. 11 year old Spisak was last seen wearing a tan trench coat, a brown corduroy jacket with a hood under the trench coat, and a pair of green rubber hunting boots with yellow tops.
