Independence police locate missing woman, infant daughter

An Independence woman and her infant daughter have been reported missing by family. The Independence Police Department asked for the public’s help Thursday to locate Hannah R. Roberts, 22, and her 3-month-old daughter Janiyah R. Roberts.
