A statewide Amber Alert has been canceled after a 7-year-old girl was found safe, state police say.
Police are Giselle Torres has been located and is safe. Police say she was reportedly abducted by 41-year-old Juan Pablo Torres, her non-custodial biological father. Police say he was joined by two other men who were armed during the abduction.
