I haven't posted a thread in a very long time. I had to remember what to put in the title and find the way to make one.
This is the case Nate Eaton referred to last night at the end of a Vallow recap. He just put up his coverage from tonight. I haven't even listened to it yet. Member of the FDLS church, a polygamist group and that may be neither here nor there as we follow it.

I have watched Nate's first minute or two and it already grips imo.

It’s been over a year and the search for a missing FLDS teen is still active

It has been over a year since a teenager was last seen in Jefferson County, and deputies are still looking for her.

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Jennifer Fullmer told EastIdahoNews.com she is still entered into the national database as a juvenile runaway.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has been working with multiple law enforcement agencies in Utah including Cedar City and Cache County because officials believed that is where she was headed originally. However, Fullmer said she could be anywhere.

Fullmer said there have been no new leads or progress, but her case is still active. Fullmer added that the sheriff’s office would like to hear from Elintra.

I don't buy for one minute they are doing everything they can. It is FLDS and it is ID. And this is not an unheard of kind of story by a long shot. I am beyond being PC to the point of stupidity with the sheer number of cases like this and I consider the church a cult. Sorry. I know there are tons of good people I am sure in it but there is a side to it that is beyond and should the "good" people ever turn against it or their husband, etc. well then...

For every one Elintra there are 20 others one never hears of. But some of that info and other ones can be found out there...

I put this church and Scientology at about the same place and oh let's add the money factor.

They had a HUGE fraud deal I believe in the last year at the highest levels. Oh yeah, I saw a thing or two about it and then it all got hushed. HUGE.

There are other things they do that I won't even go into here because it's just a rabbit hole but they bring in people from other countries and there is a $$ to it. Look well into the history on the Lueck case offender. It won't be found in the newspapers though or MSM.

But I'm sidetracking. They need to go get this girl. Why aren't they?

This is my best guest too.

Why don't they go get her? She is a minor. Or at least make them confirm she is alive and a part of the church...

DRAPER, Utah — Mothers sobbed as they pleaded for help to find their children, whom they say are missing inside the Fundamentalist LDS Church.

At a news conference on Friday, they held up photographs of the children they said they have primary custody of but they cannot find. Elizabeth Roundy said she hasn't seen her daughter in 16 months.

"I just don’t want her to get married young or to get in a bad situation where she’s not treated right or with respect or something terrible happens to her like some of those creepy revelations Warren talks about," she said.

Roundy and the other mothers are referring to a revelation issued by FLDS leader Warren Jeffs in 2022, obtained and first reported on by FOX 13 News. In it, he calls for some ex-members of the FLDS Church to return to the fold and to bring their children with them.

In years past, Jeffs has excommunicated some followers and told others to "repent from afar," reassigning wives and children to other men. Others have become fed up with edicts and left on their own. Jeffs is serving a life sentenced in a Texas prison for child sexual assault related to underage "marriages" within his polygamous church. He still runs the FLDS Church from prison.

Jeffs' revelation also makes references to translation, death and resurrection as celestial beings which has alarmed some who work with people who choose to leave the Utah-based faith.

"Make no mistake, we are going to have a mass suicide if we do not do anything about it," warned Tonia Tewell, the executive director of Holding Out Help, referencing the Jonestown massacre, a mass murder-suicide of members of a group under the edict of their leader back in 1978.

Since Jeffs' edict in 2022, ex-members believe some have returned and it may be why they cannot locate their children. Lorraine Jessop, who has not seen her three children in more than 14 months, said she was afraid for their safety in the FLDS Church.

"I don’t think people see the seriousness and the reality of what these people are willing to do," she said.

The parents have asserted their rights and have court orders for child custody, but the children have simply disappeared with people still inside the church, Tewell said.

"I get from law enforcement that if we bring them the intel of where the kids are, they will absolutely do what they need to do," she told FOX 13 News. "But nobody has any idea of where they’re at. So we essentially started leaning on missing person agencies to help find the kids because no one else is going to do it."

HE77 YES!!!!
Obviously right? I guess there is no power by any authority of any kind so this just can't be stopped. Convicted go to prison but you are still running your cult or church from inside and n on ecan stop it while you have people still kidnap, molest, marry children and no one can do a thing about it? I cannot almost believe sometimes those that won't say a word about such things but they think all is rosy and fine when sh*t like this goes on and any authorities can't or won't do a thing about it but yes they aren't their loved ones are safe. In their bubble. Do they ever give a thought to if one day someone random attacked them it would be this same system and authorities that wouldn't be able to or do a thing to help them?

Ambivalence. Bubbles. There by the Grace of God go you and hope you never ever need help or LE or the justice system to work for you or yours.

Former FLDS members team up with biker group to search for missing children

On a cold morning in April, a group of bikers, clad in leather, gathered at dawn in Brigham City, Utah, in an empty parking lot next to a park. The men and women of Road Warriors for the Missing weren’t getting ready for a joyride. Instead, they were preparing to chase down a lead. Their goal: looking for a child who has been missing since January 2023.

Elintra Fischer, a 17-year-old girl born into the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS), the polygamist breakaway offshoot of Mormonism, ran away from her mother’s home on New Year's Day in 2023. Her mother and local law enforcement have been looking for her ever since.

"The network we're up against is, is big. It's expansive," Jason Clark, the founder of Road Warriors, said about the FLDS. "They've got a lot of, a lot of places to go. They've got a lot of places where they can put these kids that are making [them] difficult to find."

Four mothers – Lorraine Jessop, Mirinda Johnson, Elizabeth Roundy, and Sarah Johnson – all ex-members of the FLDS, are looking for their missing children. Their kids, labeled as ‘runaways’ by law enforcement, have disappeared from remote towns dotting the Rocky Mountains.

The Road Warriors’ efforts include trying to find all the missing children; eight in total, one as young as 13.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, the local police department in Idaho in charge of Elintra’s case, told ABC News that “we are still actively working Elintra’s case; unfortunately, we have not had any new leads.”

The Road Warriors have traveled great distances looking for these missing children. They say they’ve knocked on doors in Arizona, Utah, North Dakota, Wyoming and Idaho looking for the FLDS runaways.

LE is full of sh*t. This church, I don't care if a break off or not and its influence are so big and most in these areas are a member who are in the court system or LE and totally ineffective or not going to go against.

This sh*t needs to start being in the LIGHT. It goes on ALL of the time. Go look for more stories like this, they abound. Over many, many years. That includes the TRADDITIONAL mainstream LDS church who just had some major, major financial fraud at a very big level thing that ended up shoved under the rug and quieted.

I don't like to get into such things but this is out of control and IS a cult. I know there can be a fine line between religion and cult but it's all in this one. I am sure there are members who see none of that or believe none of that and don't deal with any of that. IF they haven't tried to leave, divorce or get custody.

it's jmo.

We are never going to know all of the Daybell thing or all the others but guaranteed there's a lot more to it...

Bring it into the light. People like these families need to and the internet world needs to share it.

I've seen this sh*t for at LEAST a decade just with the divorce and custody and the man taking the children, etc. I've seen more for far longer than that.

Sooooo many many family members in Daybell/Vallow are no longer LDS despite being raised that way... Why is that if the church itself and its teachings had nothing to do with anything....

They would stay LDS would they not and just come down on Chad and Lori's twisting of such... But NOPE. They've seen way more than we have re the church itself.

One can find TONS of accounts like this out there. For years on end.

I equate the LDS close to Scientology for their ways, profits, control, secrecy, and so much more.

I was looking to see if there was an update to this push to find the missing girls and I'm not finding anything.

On the end of Nate's recent show on Daybell, he said he is working and big show on this case where Elintra's mom opens up like never before about the FLDS and how it is child trafficking and how her child is being trafficked. Guessing they mean to men in the FLDS but I guess we will see when his show comes out... Looks like this case could use some attention.

Nate has covered it before too but will have her on I think he said this coming week.

Wow, only six minutes in and she is separated from her son when he is 8 or 9 or something. All about the Jeffs, like Warran Jeffs, his dad, his brother, etc.

@Mel70 you are pretty up on that stuff aren't you. How do they allow this man to run sh*t from prison. Our system needs some serious help that such can go on.

In 2012 the bishop (of this church) sent her hub a letter that he had to go off and repent. He did say he got a letter from Warren Jeffs that he and his brothers all needed to go repent but there were other parts of the letter he wouldn't tell her. Jeffs was convicted in 2011.

And of course there is a sister wife (polygamy) which is a big part of the original LDS that the fed govt shut down but they only went underground. This post is imo because I remember it.

Warped. You are only allowed to shake hands with your spouse if spouse is a nonmember. WTF.

Of course this is Jeffs and the FDLS but polygamy and control and all that was part of the LDS and they did not give it up on their own ever willingly.

Only partway in but worth a watch. There are tons of things like this by the way out there and even with regard to those who have broken from the main church. And a lot pertaining to divorce and children... And more.

OMG. A miscarriage was considered a murder of an unborn baby. She had to go repent because she had had two. The only word that keeps coming to mind with me on this is warped. So warped. You punish someone for something they did not do...
