This case is messed up so much! I want to bring more attention to it, so I brought it over from our data area. Here's a rundown from a FB page:
In the early 1990's five siblings from the same family disappeared, one in the beginning of 1991, three within a few months of each other in late 1991 and then a fifth a year later.
Tomarion “Cookie” Phillips Momodou disappeared from Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 1st, 1991 at age 25. There is very little known about Tomarion's disappearance. She was 5'4 and 175 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Tomarion is listed as # MP34569 in NamUs and there are 2 exclusions for her DNA.
On October 7th, 1991, 26-year-old Paula Phillips was last seen in the 6300 block of W. 11th Pl at 7 pm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She said she was going to the store and never returned to her apartment. Her brother, Donald Phillips, reported her missing on October 7th. However, when police returned to interview him on October 10th, Donald was nowhere to be found. Paula was 5'0 and 100 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She sometimes used the last names Crocker, Hill and Jordan. She is listed as # MP8286 in NamUs and there are two exclusions for her DNA.
On October 10th, 1991 Donald Ray Phillips, 20, was found to be missing after police came to interview him about his sister Paula's recent disappearance. He was last seen at 6300 W. 11th Pl. on October 7th, 1991 when he reported his sister missing. He is 5'9 and 132 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He is listed as # MP34566 in NamUs and there are 5 exclusions for his DNA.
Londa Renee Phillips, 21, was last seen on November 22nd, 1992 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was reported missing by her boyfriend after she failed to arrive at a relative's home. Londa was 5'1-5'4 and 100-115 lbs when last seen. She had black hair and brown eyes. Londa is listed as # MP8287 in NamUs and there are 2 exclusions for her DNA.
Londa’s twin, Wanda Phillips, 21, is also missing but was not entered into NamUs for years. Detectives didn't seem interested in taking a report on Wanda and thus has been left out of all reports of the missing siblings. However, with help, the Phillips family was able to report her missing and entered into NamUs in March 2025, after our last publication of this article. Wanda is listed in NamUs as # MP139619 and here are zero comparisons for her DNA. Wanda was last known to be 5'1 and 115 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She disappeared from Tulsa on April 12th, 1991.
Detectives do believe the disappearances are related and could be related to drug activity. They have said they have a person of interest but they do not have enough evidence to charge them with anything. There are also several other missing people connected to this case not touched on in this article.
