Three missing girls in Wenatchee found dead, father still missing

Three missing girls in the Wenatchee area were found dead, according to the Wenatchee Police Department.

According to the police department, police responded to reports of a civil complaint when the mom of three young girls reported that her daughters did not return after a planned visitation with their father.

Police said Decker was believed to be living out of a white 2017 GMC Sierra pickup, which was last seen heading west on Highway 2 from Wenatchee on May 30.

WSP was contacted Friday night for an Amber Alert request, but Wenatchee Police said it did not meet the required criteria, and an Endangered Missing Person Alert was issued.

Law enforcement eventually found Decker's car unoccupied near the Rock Island Campground.

Other officers searched the immediate area and found the bodies of the three missing girls.

Decker is wanted for three counts of first-degree murder and first-degree kidnapping. Police do not know if Decker is currently armed, but he may still pose a significant risk, according to police.

In the Morphew case, a lot of time was put into where mountain lions take their prey. Some had experts on and more and it became a real thing.I di Most were saying they take it uphill, not down. Barry Morphew tried to push the mountain lion got her thing and also/or she was abducted. So a lot of effort went into the mountain lion thing and why he was wrong and that he should have known, being an avid hunter.

A quick google search I did yesterday says most animals will take such anywhere they can just eat on it relatively safely.

I have no point, seems to be the case today in most cases, I don't really have a point lol.

Still the consensus by experts in that case was that the mountain lion drags or takes the prey uphill.

They said there were no breaks or evidence of a fall. However without all body parts I'd imagine that is just another thing one can't be certain of.

In fact I'd say the findings tell basically nothing other than that he is dead.

I'd think the animals took the limbs off and away from the head and torso as more likely than something took the head and torso away but either is possible I imagine. And would the head and torso have a firearm nearby and the head show evidence of a gunshot wound...?
Yeah, I agree, he could have shot himself in the head or have broken his neck, for example, falling or jumping in a ravine, and then the animals scavenged.

OOOH! Maybe he was killed by a mountain lion!!

Yeah definitely possible. Even if say a hiker badly breaks a leg and has no way to call for help and are stuck without food or water or phone, that's a situation too that would likely eventually result in death. Even if a person could drag oneself, if in the middle of nowhere, it won't do much good.

It's' a frustrating end to the case imo. They can't even definitively say he took his own life.
